I think not), my parents, my little bro, violence, global warming, meat/slaughter houses, being alone, feeling depressed, my procrastination and aray of other phsycological problems, war Hey! Welcome to my page. I spend the majority of my life busy, away, tired, lazy or uninspired. I'm working on that. But you will see some more writing up soon, I promise! However, I will probably continue to read other people's wonderful stories and comment my ass off more than write my own stuff. As previously mentioned, I love drawing and writing, although I am not very confident in my skills for either. I will be taking a drawing class (potentially) next year, but I'm just going to have to practice my writing I guess. Eventually, you will begin to see a few more of my least-sucky peices here... eventually. I am obsessed with Avatar to an extent that is probably detrimental to my health, so I continuously have new bits of stories floating through my conscousness and dreams (occasionally accompanied by songs). Therefore, this whole author-has-only-one-story business shouldn't last too too long. Working on... Chapter Four of Healing and Hating, which should include some lovely backlash from Katara and Zuko's little confrontation, some suspicious behavior, and, of course, some great Zutara hate in there as well. As always, coming soon because I would rather write than do homework. Estimated to be up...? A Twilight story involving Bella and Jacob and the messy business of imprinting and understanding love in it's purest form. In the story, B and J are going to have a complicated relationship that I can't really describe here too well what with them loving each other while B also loves Edward. I do NOT like BxJ as a permanent ship because it leaves Edward out in the cold which I HATE, so I will try to avoid that, but since I do still love Jacob and do not plan my stories ahead of time, it could come out like that. The stories tend to take on lives of their own when I write them. I'm not sure if I'm going to make this a oneshot or make it into a story, but just so you know, I love EdwardxBella and even though this story is about love, it isn't really the kind of love people ship. Sounds confusing but when you read it, you'll hopefully understand what I mean. More poems from other characters for Avatar Poetry because poetry is fun, I can practice writing as different characters without having to build up a whole story, and I can express my own moods, i.e. feeling kick-ass = Toph, feeling depressed = Mai, feeling funny/sarcastic = Sokka. Oh, but by the way, I do not rhyme. I gave that up in, like, kindergarten. It's not at all that I think it's childish, it's just not the way I write. Occasionally one pops out by accident, but rarely on purpose. note: poetry will show up at random intervals as the mood hits me, but Healing and Hating is my primary focus Quotes: "Peace out with love to an impatient squirrel on crack." - xxDeath's Daughterxx "'Seldom?' It means not very often. As in, 'I seldom set myself on fire.'" - TobuIshi "Azula always lies." - Zuko "Lord Momo of the Momo Dynasty, Your Momoness." - Aang (from the episode City of Walls and Secrets and courtesy of Sylver Eyes) My Inspirations: My own experiences, music, dreams, other's stories (this doesn't mean I copy other people's work!), art, random things I see on the street and in school, just letting myself relax and daydream, googling words and seeing what pops up (try to reserve this one for if you are really and truly, desperately stuck) Also, if you're trying to get the mood/tone of your story right and you're having some trouble or just want to get started, try listening to music, watching an episode or looking at art (deviantart rocks!) with a similar mood/tone. For some of my stories I will site inspirations such as these. Random Notes: I write better at night- for example it's 1:15 in the morning when I'm writing this and I do have school tomorrow, but I know I'm at my best at night- so you should figure out what works best for you and just roll with it. Be selfish. Do something you love. Spend time on YOU. My goal is to have something new up every 3 months days. Yes, I know that's a long time but I thought it was a realistically goal. maybe after a while, I can work it down to 10 weeks then 8 then 6... but for now, I will leave it be. Twilight is my guilty pleasure and I sometimes have dreams where I'm married to Edward. hehe |
