![]() Author has written 4 stories for Naruto, Gravitation, Harry Potter, and Fruits Basket. Hey everyone, I hope you like my new avatar! I was looking for one of Tommy playing the bass, but this one will do for now. ;) Age: 22 Gender: Male Writing and drawing is my passion. Whether I'm writing something heterosexual, homosexual, or controversial, or whatever, it doesn't matter to me as long as I can write. The same goes for my artwork. I draw and write what I feel like. Don't be fooled. Just bc I write yaoi, that does not mean that that is all I'm interested in. And I love to read. I am currently working on four different stories. Chapter 2 of A Beautiful Soul is partially written, and chapter 2 of Scent Awakening is on the way though after I'd nearly finished it, my stupid computer ate it, that folks is the sadness to XP, I miss my Vista! I assure you that it will not be much longer for updates! I plan on being able to update quite often very soon. I thank everyone that has kept reading my current fics, and all the reviews. UPDATED: 07/21/11 I thank everyone that has reviewed Tamed in the last year and all around. It's the reviewers that really keep us writers doing what we do best. Regarding Tamed: I can't believe I started writing it five years ago. I was only sixteen or seventeen when I started it! Anyways, I'm now writing everyday and I will be updating VERY regularly. Tamed chapter 9 is partially written, I look at having it finished by maybe the weekend -- UPDATED: 04/06/2011 Gravitational Problems: Being as I've just updated it today, I will most likely not be posting a new chapter until after I update Scent Awakening and/or A Beautiful Soul, hell, I may update Tamed before any of these, or may have some awesome idea for G.P. and actually update again! Mangakas that I look up to: --The first four are the manga-kas that I look up to the most and that have had the greates influence on me. :Yun Kouga: Earthian, LOVELESS, etc. :Yuu Watase: Absolute Boyfriend, Ceres, Fushigi Yugi, Alice 19th, Imadoki!, Fushigi Yugi: Genbu Kaiden, etc. :Nobuhiro Watsuki: Rurouni Kenshin, Buso Renkin, etc. :CLAMP: Legal Drug, Tokyo Babylon, X1999, Chobits, Tsubasa: Resevior Chronicles, xxxHolic, and way too many other to name. :Masashi Kishimoto: Naruto :Nanae Crono: Peace Maker, Vassalord, etc. :Kazuya Minekura: Saiyuki, Saiyuki Reload, Bus Gamer, etc. :Takeshi Obata: Illustrater of Death Note, Hikaru No Go, Ral Grad, Bakuman, etc. :Ai Yazawa: Paradise Kiss, Nana, etc. Tite Kubo: Zombie Powder, Bleach :Maki Murakami: Gravitation, Gravitation Ex, Gravitation Novels, Gamerz Heaven, etc. Though she has recently dissapointed me, I still look up to her. There are many other Manga-kas that I look up to that I didn't name here, but they deserve credit as well. Also, a lot of my artwork was inspired by these manga-kas, and I have given them the credit as a lot of the characters I've drawn are theirs. * Music also inspires me. I'm always listening to something while I'm writing. Something I found out early on is that what you listen to translates in a story! I was listening to Dashboard Confessional and I ended up writing a scene where Naruto gets raped by Itachi way back in chapter 1!!! So, FYI, listen to the music and realise what it makes you think of or what kind of state of mind it puts you in before writing. lol. Here are the artists pertaining to the fics they inspire: Tamed: My Chemical Romance, Linkin Park, Evanescence, Taking Back Sunday, Ella Fitzgerald, Adam Lambert Gravitational Problems: Kaiser Chiefs, Marilyn Manson, Shiny Toy Guns, Raconteurs, The White Stripes Scent Awakening: Marilyn Manson, My Chemical Romance, Jeffree Star, Adam Lambert, Evanescence, Flyleaf, All That Remains, Eminem, Christina Aguilera, Windham Hill A Beautiful Soul: Adam Lambert, Cold War Kids, Eminem, Christina Aguilera Classical Music or Jazz are also great when writing. Classical doesn't always have words so it moves your story along better, flow wise. Jazz is very upbeat mostly like Ella Fitzgerald and if you're writing around a character like Naruto or Ryuichi it helps bring out their bright and playful personalities. :) As you all know, I'm the author of four fics currently on this site: :Tamed :Gravitational Problems :Scent Awakening :A Beautiful Soul For the yaoi fans, here are a few of the pairings that I like: :Naruto: SasuNaru, ItaSasu, ItaGaa, KakaIru, KakaSasu, OroJira, SasuSai, NejiGaa, SasuOro -- Mainly SasuNaru :Gravitaton: Eiri/Shu, Hiro/Sugu, Hiro/K, Tats/Ryu, Hiro/Shu -- mainly Eiri/Shu :Fruits Basket: Yuki/Kyo, Momiji/Haru, Haru/Kyo :Bleach: Renji/Byakyuya, Ichigo/Hitsuguya -- I have a hard time imagining Ichigo being gay though so I read more Renji/Byakyuya :Harry Potter: Harry/Draco, Harry/Severus, Harry/Draco/Severus, recently Harry/Lucius, Sev/Remus, Sev/Sirius, Sev/Lucius and the new pairing Scorpius/Albus -- mainly H/D though, no matter what, I always find myself going back to Harry/Draco or Harry/Severus. Also, if you can find them, Draco/Severus, they're fucking fabulous when you can find them and they're not shit. :P Draco/Twins is also pretty good, usually pretty funny, too, if you're looking for a laugh, and my newest two fave pairings are: Harry/Bill and Fred/Harry/George, I do not read twincest alone generally because its just a little too, idk, odd. :Twilight: Edward/Jacob, Carlisle/Edward -- Reading any fic for Twilight is kind of odd, even when written in canon. :Supernatural: I dunno yet. I've tried reading Sam/Dean, but it's just weird. A/N: I'm very particular about what I read. If the fic gets too predictable I stop reading it, or if the grammar errors become so atrocious that it takes me fives minutes to read a single sentence, I will usually switch fics. Or a new one for me is when all the characters are blah, by this I mean, they're all the same, it's like reading one character talking to themselves but with different names, ugh. I also like when I can watch a mediocre writer become something phenomenal, especially when they breakdown and find a competent beta. The best thing an author can do is surprise you, and keep you guessing til' the end. And if they can make you cry, even better. :) Another great thing I've come to love is humour, when it's done correctly. If you want a clue as to what I'm talking about, go down to where it says Favorite Stories, and read Dumb Dares. HOMOPHOBIA IS GAY I am the boy who never finished high school because I got called a fag everyday. I am a girl kicked out of her home because I confided in my mother that I am a lesbian. I am a prostitute working the streets because nobody will hire a transsexual woman. I am the sister who holds her gay brother tight through the painful, tear-filled nights. We are the parents who buried our daughter long before her time. I am the man who died alone in the hospital because they would not let my partner of twenty-seven years into the room. I am the foster child who wakes up with nightmares of being taken away from the two fathers who are the only loving family I have ever had. I wish they could adopt me. I am not one of the lucky ones. I killed myself just weeks before graduating high school. It was simply too much to bear. We are the couple who had the Realtor hang up on us when she found out we wanted to rent a one-bedroom for two men. I am the person who never knows which bathroom I should use if I want to avoid management called on me. I am the mother who is not allowed to even visit the children I bore, nursed and raised. The court says I am an unfit mother because I now live with another woman. I am the domestic-violence survivor who found the support system grow suddenly cold and distant when they found out my abusive partner is also a woman. I am the domestic-violence survivor who who has no support system to turn to because I am male. I am the father who has never hugged his son because I grew up afraid to show affection to other men. I am the home-economics teacher who always wanted to teach gym until someone told me that only lesbians do that. I am the woman who died when the EMTs stopped treating me as soon as they realized I was transsexual. I am the person who feels guilty because I think I could be a much better person if I didn't have to always deal with society hating me. I am the man who stopped attending church, not because I don't believe, but because they closed their doors to my kind. I am the person who has to hide what this world needs most, love. I am the person ashamed to tell my own friends I'm a lesbian, because they constantly make fun of them. I am the boy tied to a fence, beaten to a bloody pulp and left to die because two straight men wanted to "teach me a lesson". --IF YOU BELIEVE HOMOPHOBIA IS WRONG...REPOST THIS-- | |||||||
