Author has written 7 stories for My Hero Academia/僕のヒーローアカデミア. While I've had ideas of telling stories for years, it wasn't until I watched My Hero Academia that I was truly struck with enough inspiration to write stories that mesh my original character, Todoroki Teiko. By request, I made a tale for Jack Allen, an Alexander Ludwig look-alike with a berserker quirk. With Toshinori's Todoroki, I made the mistake of publishing all forty nine pages of my short story at once. I'll admit, I'm kind of embarrassed by this one because it was my first attempt at a fanfic, and definitely a flop. I wrote fifty pages of events after Crimson Tides, but wound up deleting it because it was almost never ending. As I write A True Hero, I'm also noticing that it really is a never-ending thing that could carry on for chapter after chapter of content. Note that I read and love every constructive comment. Your reviews are the only things that make me feel as if I'm not writing and sending my story out to an abyss. If anyone wants to know about me, personally, my dad got my entire family into Japanese culture, cuisine, and told us quite a bit about their traditions. He lived in Japan for two years from ages 19 to 21. He was a five foot, ten inch tall blonde man and said he had his head rubbed my many little old Japanese ladies. He would bring us home games before they were released in the States and gave two of his four kids a great appreciation for anime. I began writing at seven. First I began with passive-aggressive journal entries to my family. "My mom punished me for no reason!" You know, childish things. At fourteen I discovered the world of role play and found a much more constructive outlet. Now I've pretty much left the role play world at the ripe old age of 27 and am onto raising kids. I found I still wanted to tell stories, but I don't have nearly enough passion to create an original world, seek a publisher, or even have the time to map out all the details that come with a fictional series of my own. So I'm shamelessly piggy-backing off My Hero Academia and writing tales while raising my sons and dogs in the middle of suburbia. I've gotten more story requests than I've expected. If you'd like, you are welcome to suggest something you think I can write, but know that I move in phases. One month I'll be stuck on the ideas of demons and possessions, and like a switch flicking off, I'll be gaga for a random romance. Those aren't my limits - just two examples. I seem to delve into a lot of random niches. |
