There are two important things you need to know:

1. Kindness is a must. Whatever you do, not only in this site, you must be kind. Be honest with your reviews, but not harsh. Authors and readers are an important part of this wonderful community, but more importantly, we’re all humans. So, do your best to spread on an act of kindness, even if it is just virtually. After all, the smallest things make up the biggest effects, right?
2. Never give up. To all my fellow writers out there, you all deserve the universe and more for burning out your brain and fingers all for the miracle of writing. You, yes you, are talented, wonderful, and deserving of every good thing out there. To my fellow readers, thank you for gluing your eyes to the screen even though it could damage your sight, and reading all these fics. Each and everyone one of you rock!
