Heya!

OK well my name's Laura I'm 24...I'm a girl and I'm from good ol' England. My user name is a nickname my friend Rhiannon (Dr. Toilette) gave me. Anyway, here's some more random info:

Hair colour: brown, really want to dye it but I'm allergic to hairdye, although I do have a natural white streak on one side which just randomly appeared one day-think Sweeney Todd but near the back of my head, not at the front.

Eye colour: Blue/grey-all depends on the light really, sometimes they're a sky blue, sometimes dark blue, sometimes almost practically white.

The most random/memorable thing that's happened to me is seeing Sir Ian McKellen naked (in a play, he played King Lear in the Royal Sakespeare company production), I've also walked around Pompei and up Mount Vesuvius (volcanic ash=crap to walk on)

I'd love to be able to do fanart for my stories but, unlike almost everyone else in my family, I can't draw for toffee.

Fave films: Anything Disney, most Tim Burton stuff, interview with a vampire, queen of the damned, Casper, the Dark crystal, Labyrinth, Pan's labyrinth, the Spiderwick chronicles, from Hell, phantom of the opera and the LOTR trilogy, The Hobbit.

Fave music: I have 1 rule-if it doesn't grab me in the first ten seconds I don't like it. Other than that I'll listen to anything

Fave TV shows:Again, anything Disney (notice a pattern yet?), TMNT, Dr. Who, Family guy, tin man, heroes, Jekyll, Friends, Sherlock

Fave books: Mr. B Gone, Tithe, Valiant, Ironside, interview with a vampire, the hobbit, lotr, chambers of blood, Company of liars, The owl killers

Fave anime:Inuyasha, Hellsing, avataar and Spirited away

Fave actors/actresses:Jonny Depp, Mackenzie Crook, David Tennant, Helena Bonham Carter

Hates: Spiders, wasps, injections, two-faced people, people taking the mickey out of my height (yes, I'm small there's not really a lot I can do about it!)

Would love to visit: New Orleans, New York, Egypt, Africa, New Zealand

I am the girl...that doesn't go to school dances, or games, and when I do go, I sit in a corner and read a book (usually Harry Potter). I am the girl that people look through when I say something. I am the girl that spends most of her free time reading, writing, or doing other activities that most teenagers wouldn't call normal. I am the girl that people call weird, and a freak either behind my back or to my face. I am the girl that doesn't spend all her time on MySpace, or talking to a girlfriend on a cellphone or regular phone. I am the girl that hasn't been asked out in a year. I am the girl that has stopped to smell the flowers and jump and splash in the rain.

But I am also the girl who knows and is proud to be who she is, doesn't care if people call her weird (it's a compliment), who loves reading and writing and doing the things that no one seems to have the time to do any more, who loves and is obsessed with Harry Potter, who can express herself beter with words than with words, and knows the importance of the little things.
