Set in an alternate universe where mutants are now rare, Rogue and Gambit have been nomads in hiding since the birth of their twins. But they can't stay hidden forever. This story picks up roughly 6 years after the events of my previous work "But Here We Are".

No one ever knows when they're counting down to a life-changing moment. A prequel WIP. This was originally a short flashback scene I wanted to work into "But Here We Are" but it didn't fit. Now that everyone has baby fever for the LeBeaux, this story has been more and more on my mind and the only way to get it out was to write it down! I blame you all. ; )

Rogue has picked up a few skills from Gambit over the years, but how did that get started? A short little WIP - This is just a short and fun little exchange I cooked up for them about her learning one of those skills. I would probably place it happening somewhere back in the EARLY issues of X-Men (pre #4). I wanted to try writing something just from Rogue's perspective.
