Jacob's POV

1 Month and 2 Weeks Later.

"So then what happened?" My beautiful wife asked my oldest daughter across the table. It was Christmas Eve and we were all having our annual immediate family dinner. We would be seeing all of the rest of our extended family tomorrow including the McCormick's, but tonight was dedicated to some over due family time.

"Well, he was angry with me for sleeping at Siena's and when I came home he just blew up and ran outside and before I knew it he phased." Elizabeth said in between bits of her dinner.

Of course the news that my youngest son had become a wolf in my absence scared me, I knew it would come one day or another but he was so young! Teens with the gene weren't supposed to phase until they were sixteen. The youngest ever reported was Brady, who was fourteen, but twelve! I nearly wet my pants when he told me upon my arrival home.

After everyone had greeted Nessie and gotten hour long hugs, or so it seemed, we all began to fall back into a normal pace asking each other what happened and getting over the denial we all seemed to feel that Nessie was actually home and safe.

"Mom, Dad, I need to tell you something." JC started, and we all turned our attention to him. It was very rare that he had something to talk about. He wasn't shy in any regard but he usually never had something too important to share.

"Go ahead baby, we're listening," Nesse encouraged him

"While you were still missing, and Dad was looking for you, Elizabeth and I got into a fight and well, I phased." He gulped, looking down at the floor.

"Wha-" Nessie started but he interrupted

"Mom, I really don't want to talk about this, maybe another time but I'm still getting over the news and shock myself." He said shyly.

"Oh honey, of course. Whenever you're comfortable to talk about this with us, we'll be here. Your father and I love you very much. You know that, right?" Nessie asked him as she enveloped him into a hug

"Yes. I love you guys too."

"Alright baby, well you're excused.

And that was the end of that.

Luckily, tonight was the first of many that he decided to open up, and talk about his newfound ability.

"So, JC what do you think of being a wolf?" I questioned.

"It's cool, especially because I get to be just like you." I smiled, he really was a great son. I was his idol, and that never failed to make me smile.

"Thanks, son." I choked up. Nessie smiled.

"Anytime old man." He giggled.

"Hey! I'm not that old!" The entire family erupted into laughter.

"Keep telling yourself that Dad," I simply rolled my eyes.

After dinner, we put the girls and JC in bed. They were in only three children in the house that still believed in Santa and luckily the old "Santa won't come unless you're sleeping and in bed" trick. That thing was a lifesaver. They all hopped into their respective beds, kissed us good night and all but kicked out out the door so they could go to sleep.

"Alright guys, the younger kids are in bed," I whispered to my wife, and two older children. "Do you need any help with the presents?" Elizabeth asked, gaining respective stares from the people in the room.

"What, I can be nice and helpful when I want to," Everyone laughed, the princess of the house rarely volunteered to help.

I nodded, motioning for them to come up the stairs and grab the abundance of gifts out of the master closet, quietly tip toeing down the stairs and placing them one by one under the tree. It was about midnight when we were done.

"Thanks guys, are you just going to sleep here?" I asked Siena after Elizabeth had gone to bed.

"Nah. Thanks for the invite but tomorrow's Christmas morning and I do have two amazing parents that tend to like spoiling their only child on this holiday," She whispered, kissing Masen goodnight, walking outside and hopping into her Jeep and began to drive away.

"Goodnight Dad, love you," My oldest son said sleepily as he climbed the stairs to get to bed.

"Night son, love you too," I replied as I followed him up, each of us branching off into our separate rooms.

"I can't wait until tomorrow," Nessie said excitedly from the bathroom.

"Me neither,"

"Do you think our families will like the gift we're going to give them?" She seemed nervous, oddly enough

"Why wouldn't they?" I asked, walking to the bathroom and putting my arms around her

She sighed. "I don't know, I think I'm just thinking into things too much I guess."

"That's my girl, now c'mon, lets get to bed."

"Oh alright, " She giggled and we spent our night blissfully avoiding sleep and the early wakeup call we knew would be coming our way.

And it did. At six in the morning. I guess that's what you get for having five year old twins in the house.

"Mommy! Daddy! Wake up! Santa came! C'mon! Get up!" They both screeched, shaking us awake.

"Girls, I have a special job for you. Go downstairs and sort everyone's presents into different piles so that they're ready when everyone wakes up, okay?"

"Okay!" And they were gone as quick as they came in

"Let's go sleepyhead," I playfully woke up Nessie with kisses

"Mmmmm" She moaned, rolling over in the bed

"Don't you wanna watch our kids open their presents?" I asked

"No. I mean yes, but it's too early for this."

"I know, but our families are going to be here in an hour so we best get a move on if we want to be done opening the presents from 'Santa'" I made quotations in the air with my hands, "because God knows how long that's going to take,"

"Okay fine. Why are you always right?" She asked

"I'm not..I'm just a good voice of reason."

"Yeah right," And with that we were up.

It seemed to take forever for Nessie to get ready, it was Christmas for goddsakes, but she felt the need to switch her pajamas into 'cuter ones', do her hair and makeup to make it look like she had no makeup on (which I didn't understand at all!), and fix the camera.

"Are you ready yet?" I asked impatiently. I was a kid at heart and couldn't wait to enjoy the holiday fun.

"Yes. Let's go." She took my hand and we walked down the stairs where we were greeted by the happy, or tired in some cases, faces of our children.

"Okay guys, go ahead," Nessie said. The twin's went first, naturally. Marie was careful with her unwrapping skills being patient to see what was underneath the themed paper, while Sarahbelle was tearing the paper off in a matter of seconds, screaming excitedly before she knew what the present was. It was adorable to watch. When they were done unwrapping, our living room was covered in lots of dolls, princess themed toys and the sound of laughter filled the room as they begged for me to hurry up and put batteries in their presents. The rest of the kids opened their gifts soon after, JC getting a new cellphone, and Elizabeth got lots of clothes, shoes, and makeup.

"Masen, where's you pwesents?" Sarahbelle asked her speech impairment making a breakthrough in her words

"I don't know. But I don't need a present, I've got you guys." He replied nonchalantly

"Masen, honey, that's cute, but we do have a present for you. It's special." Nessie said and we both got off the couch to give him his single gift.

"Here," I said, holding it in the palm of my hand

"A key?" He asked confusedly

"Not just any key, your house key." I said proudly

"My house?" He was in denial

"Your's and Siena's...don't worry, we already spoke to her parents and believe that after everything you've been through, and the fact that you're involved in an imprint, you guys deserve a place to call your own." Renesmee whispered, tears streaming down her face. I know that it was hard to say goodbye to your child, your first child. To not have them living under your roof, to not have them complaining about everything, no matter how annoying it may be.

"Thank you Mom, Dad. Thank you, a million times over." His reply was soft and heartfelt

"You're welcome, son."

After a while my Dad, the McCormick's and the Cullens came over, giving presents to each of the kids, and Siena gushed about the house to Nessie for an hour. Her parents had given her the same key and she was ecstatic. When the excitement over presents had died down and the humans and wolves had eaten some of Nessie's smorgasbord of a breakfast, we decided it was time to give our present to our family.

"Okay there's one last present for each of you that we wanted to save for after all the chaos" I started and Nessie clutched to my hand

"We didn't exactly plan this, but things happen and well, I'm pregnant again!" Nessie said excitedly and everyone of our family member's faces broke out into a huge smile. Lots of congratulations went around the room and Nessie was whisked away by her parents who kept hugging her; it was a cute scene to watch, making me remember the night we found out.

Nessie was sick. She had been home for 3 weeks and suddenly came down with this weird bug. She refused to let me take her to the doctor though, I swear she was Bella reincarnate.

"Jake! I'm fine." She tried to push away from me to help her case, but I wasn't buying it.

"You don't look fine" I started to say but she wouldn't hear it.

"I'm going to the bathroom, okay?" She said hastily

"Yeah whatever." I hated when we fought. It took so much out of me and made me feel worthless. She was my Queen. I needed to make sure she was alright especially after everything that happened. She didn't come out for a while and I began to get nervous.

"Ness? You okay in there?" I asked

"Uh, yeah, fine." She replied but she seemed distant.

"You sure?" I said. No reply. I got up and ran to the bathroom. What I saw broke my heart. Nessie was sitting on the edge of the bathtub, pregnancy test in hand, silent tears rolling down her face.

"It's positive, isn't it?" I asked, already knowing.

She nodded her head. "Jake, it all makes so much sense. My sickness, my moodiness, everything."

"Hey, baby, we can do this. What one more time compared to five?" I said and she smiled

"You're right. But do you want this baby?" She asked nervously

"Hey-" I cupped her face in my hand

"I always want your baby. My baby. Our baby." I said truthfully

"Good, because I do to."

Things seemed to calm down after that, we spent every minute together and I got OCD with her health again. We told the kids, each of them were super excited and it made my heart melt, but we planned to wait until Christmas to tell her parents and family, as well as mine. It was always nerve wracking to do, but there was no doubt in my mind that everyone would be happy for us.

"Jacob?" I turned and saw the face of my Dad behind me, pulling me from my flashbacks.

"Yeah Dad?" I asked

"I can't wait to meet my newest grandchild. When is he/she due?" He asked, a gleam in his eyes.

"Early August, the 4th to be exact, but you can never really go off those dates," I chuckled

"Well, I can't wait." He replied

"Thanks Dad"

"You're welcome son, I'm proud of you and this life you've made for yourself. You deserve it." He said, the tears threatening to spill out of both our eyes. I could sense Nessie behind me and my Dad patted my shoulder and walked away, giving us some private time.

"I'm so happy, Jake!" She gushed

"Me too, me too"

"I knew everything would work out perfectly in the end"

"Doesn't it always?"

"For us, yes."

"I think that's because we love each other so freaking much." I said, kissing her softly.

"That we do. Oh Jake, I was so lost without you. We are destined to be together every second of every day. If we are, we'll know that everything will always be okay." She spoke softly.

"I won't let anything happen to you or our family ever again. That I swear to you." I said, placing my hand on her stomach

" I know. I trust you." And she returned my previous kiss so passionately that the entire world could have erupted into flames. I wouldn't have noticed because in this moment I was with my family, my six children, and my amazing wife. We were all happy and we were all safe and I couldn't ask for more.

The End.

A/N: It's really bittersweet to see this story end, but I did it, my first story that's complete. Even thoughI wasn't planning on updating this as fast as I did, your support gave me such inspiration to write it fast for you guys, you deserve it. Also, this is how I usually envision epilogues...it's so typical to have it set a few years later or whatever but I think it's more heartfelt and unique to have it a few weeks later. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed either way(:
