All for Revenge

Minato still couldn't believe it. Too much for him to process as he continued to walk with the group down the hallways of his work place. Fugaku was willing to give the young boys a tour of the place since Naruto was fascinated with buildings and their interior. Minato declined Fugaku's excuse of trying to get rid of him (in a polite way) and said it was his personal duty to do it since Naruto was a VIP and that sprouted curiosity inside Minato to find out more about him and maybe even Kushina. Minato had Fugaku go replace him (he's a sadist like that every once in a while) in the upcoming meetings. The older male sighed in defeat against his superior and complied to his demands and left to do his bidding.

So here they are, all four of them walking down a very long hallway that looked the same as any other. While Kakashi kept pace with Minato, Naruto was jogging on ahead of them with Sasuke right behind the blond. The streaks of red in his long flowing hair danced with every step Naruto took as he stared in awe at the structures around him. Sasuke's facial expression was neutral but his eyes were on Naruto's figure. Every step Naruto took had an elegant grace to them like he was dancing. Sasuke had a small smile on his face, as he enjoyed eyeing Naruto from behind. Everything about the blond, to Sasuke, was his sunshine in his dreary life.

Kakashi on the other hand, Minato noticed that the silverette never pulled out his perverted books that Jiraiya got him hooked on. The older blond scanned Kakashi's body to see if he can see a visible outline of a book somewhere on him. To no avail, he didn't even see a hint of a sharp edge of a book on the man.

"Sensei, can you please not stare me down like although I have some potential dangerous object on me." Kakashi joked to the older male.

A blush made its way onto the Chairmen's face. He coughed to cover up his embarrassment of being caught checking out the silverette's body for the books. A light chuckle was all he could manage after Kakashi sigh at his antics.

"I was wondering why you weren't reading your usual books like you use to do. You were inseparable from them even when you were studying under me. Even in lectures you always had one of "those" books in your hand. Wherever you went you always had one cracked open and reading. What changed that behavior Kakashi?" Minato questioned.

"Long story short..." Kakashi started off.

Minato nodded his head to indicate Kakashi to continue. But before Kakashi could even continue, a pair of scissors were thrown past the duo. The duo stopped and Minato paled while Kakashi just sighed.

"I shredded Kakashi's books because he doesn't have a need for them anymore. He is my bodyguard 24 hours, 7 days a week, which includes during bed time and wherever my presence is. Of course the pay is good and plus it's a lazy job with simple rules. The books were a distraction though and Kakashi had to learn that the hard way." Naruto explained while he death glared Minato.

Minato could feel his sweat drop as the temperature around him felt like it became very cold suddenly. Naruto continued his way through the corridor. Sasuke continued to follow Naruto while Minato wondered where those scissors even came from. Kakashi let out a sad sigh at the mere memory of what Naruto did to his "holy" books and Minato sweat drop at the mere imagination of what happened.

Along the trek, they came across a scene. A slightly plump lady with black hair tied up into a pony tail, was crying and begging a male, most likely her superior, to let her go home early. The scene made Naruto stop and to poke his head into the room. Sasuke stopped at the door to observe. Kakashi and Minato stopped behind him to observe as well.

"I have to go Kise-sempai! Please let me leave a little early!" the women pleaded.

Kise shook his head and gave out a sigh.

"Dia-chan you know you're the only one capable of finishing this project by tonight. It's due early next morning. We can't just let you go because they're putting down your dog. Besides its only one pet. You'll just find ano-"

A loud smacking sound echoed in the office. Dia slapped Kise out of anger for the words he was about to say.

"Don't you dare say that about my family! My dog is not just a PET! He was my family and has been with me for far longer then you have!" Dia shouted.

Kise was so shocked and also felt humiliated that he was slapped. His hand automatically rose like although he was going to retaliate against the women. Seeing the raised hand, Dia automatically cringed when Kise's hand swung forward.

Nothing came. Dia opened her eyes to see a beautiful blond boy holding Kise's wrist to stop him from hitting her. Kise's eyes were filled with rage and then suddenly it dissipated. He realized what he was just about to do and his legs gave out from the sudden awareness of his action. Naruto released Kise's wrist to check on Dia. She started sobbing again after the tension released. Even her legs gave out, but Naruto caught her and slowly led her to a nearby chair.

Sasuke strolled in quietly and went to stand by Naruto. Minato wanted to follow but Kakashi stopped him with his hand. That didn't settle down well with Minato until he heard Naruto speak.

"Dia-chan how about you go now? I'll deal with Kise here. I'll even get permission from the Chairmen to allow you to leave early for your family. Is that alright with you Dia-chan?" Naruto asked.

Dia was so shocked she just nodded her head. A beautiful boy who magically appeared out of nowhere just gave her the answers she was praying for. More tears streamed down her tear stained cheeks. She was so happy she automatically threw her arms around Naruto. He expected the hug and gently cradled her. She continually thanked him as she continued to cry. She didn't care if she was creating a scene. That moment meant more to her then anything.

Sasuke handed her a handkerchief and she gladly accepted it and wiped her face. After her tears settled down to hiccups; she got up and bowed in gratitude to Naruto and Sasuke. Naruto had a soft smile on his face for the first time that Minato saw since meeting the boy. Kakashi just eye smiled the whole time.

"Does she have permission to leave work early then Minato?" Naruto directed that question at Minato who was still standing at the door dumbstruck.

Upon hearing the Chairman's name, both the employee's snapped their heads towards the door. Kise couldn't believe the Chairman just saw what he did, especially to a women. Confusion was clear evident on Dia's face. Unlike Kise whose face showed fear and shame.

Minato let out a soft sigh. He had a reputation of being harsh and cold to employees to get the best results out of them. Majority of them did not mind the strict policies and guidelines because they were simple enough and plus, the pay was great. It was hard enough to get employed into the Namikaze's companies; it's a once in a life time chance and most will not screw it up in favor of something else.

"Dia-chan, you may leave early and have the next 3 days off to mourn. The days off will be counted as PTO. I know you've been working with us for 5 years now and show great work with excellent results. This is my first time officially speaking with you as your superior, after wanting to speak with you about your Christmas project from 4 years ago. It exceeded my expectations and you're one of my best employees that leave lasting impressions on me. You deserve the time to mourn." Minato finally said.

Dia couldn't believe it. The Chairmen remembered who she was and what she did. And to even remember an event from so long ago. She remembered that event. She was one of the 15 designers from her department that was suppose to decorate the banquet hall for the company for Christmas. Most of the designers with her were arrogant and obnoxious. They all did not want to cooperate with each other. Teamwork was essential for the completion of the banquet, which she tried to argue for. But, after 2 hours of arguing and debating with the other 14 members, they all decided to shove the project onto her, three days prior to the event.

Dia took up the challenge and took all the materials with her that she needed and headed to the banquet hall in Building D. She sat in the banquet hall for 3 hours, drawing plan after plan after plans, to see what would fit the theme. The theme from the Chairmen that year was "Crystal Snowflakes". Dia knew what to do about the ceiling decorations as they were easy enough. But the decorations for the tables, chairs, floors, and walls were what stumped her. Plus, where to set the Christmas tree.

Finally, 2 hours past and she was still stumped. She got up from the floor and walked around the mess of balls she crumpled up. She started walking with her eyes half closed. Unaware that someone had opened the door and was watching her, who knew full well that she was focused on her work. She traced her fingers along the tables and chairs. She knew she was never good with writing stuff down on a piece of paper when she could just bring it to life with her own hands. A song from a distance memory came to her then as she paced slowly around the room; observing the wonders of her imaginary work come to life once she's able to paint the picture of how the room should evolve.

Dia turned to the sound of clapping to find a beautiful blond gentlemen standing at the entrance of the doorway. There was no way Dia would ever forget how elegant and beautiful the Chairmen was when she first met him. He questioned her about her presence in the banquet hall and about the Snow Princess's song that she sang. Apparently, it was a song that he was familiar with from an old acquaintance from long ago. It later was revealed to her knowledge that the theme originated from that Yuki-hime song. It surprised her greatly since only her country knew of that song.

The Chairmen was surprised as well that someone under him was able to connect the theme (of that year's Christmas) with the beautiful snow lullaby he heard from Kushina. It was one of the most loving memories he had of her. During the first snow fall, Kushina unconsciously sang it in front of all their friends that were at the gathering. It memorized them all, and others have tried to sing it but no one has been able to replicate Kushina's enchanting voice, even with the lyrics in hand. It was nostalgic for Minato to experience déjà vu with Dia, singing the lullaby with her own unique enchanting voice that resounded in the whole hall. Minato thought that the song must have something to do with them originating from the same country, and that was one of the few times, Minato had his hopes up on finding Kushina's whereabouts. But, to no avail, she was not even from the Snow country.

Of course, Minato would care about the event and remember Dia. She was the one who helped him remember that Kushina used to sing the same lullaby around winter time. He was able to track down where Kushina went in the Snow Country, which led him to the conclusion that she only stopped in the Snow Country for a while but did not live there. Which crushed his hopes, but he had a lead. Until business distracted him from his search for her.

Minato felt the need to oblige to Naruto's demand, since he also felt guilty for pretty much interrogating her where she came from and her background. While she was unaware of whom he really was of course. When she became aware of whom he was, Dia frantically sent him a letter of apology to apologize for not recognizing him and for burdening him with her trouble. She felt ignorant and guilty of having the VIP CEO help her decorate the hall and even helped her design it to perfection. And to make it worse for Dia, Minato, who was known for being cold hearted, apparently ignored her letter in favor of whatever mission he was currently working on. (Which was trying to track down Kushina at that time.) He didn't mean to 'not' read the letter. He forgot about it in the mess of his deskwork. A few months later he found the letter, but by then it was too late. That is one of the reasons why his own employees misunderstand his personality. They do forget that the CEO/President has work as well and he was also still just a human, not a perfect being.

"Th-thank you very much!" She blurted out with a deep bow.

"Get going you silly girl. Spend as much time as you can before he goes to a better place. Remember, they will always and forever be in our heart. And they will wait for you for when you are meant to be reunited once you cross as well. It's never a forever. You will meet each other again." Naruto spoke up with a gentle and understanding tone.

Minato picked up on that tone. It was as if Naruto knew and understood what she was going through. So he stored that knowledge and observed.

Dia bowed a second time towards Naruto this time and with a grateful smile, she hurriedly grabbed her belongings that she needed and took off to punch out at the door and then was gone. Naruto let out a satisfied sigh and then turned to look at Dia's manager.

"Kise-kun. I know you regret your actions. It was unprofessional and unsightly. Plus you raised your hand against a woman. I wouldn't be surprised if Minato-sensei fired you on the spot right now for causing a scene. But I'm not the boss around here. So, are you prepared to face possible expulsion?" Kakashi surprisingly spoke up at that moment.

Minato was actually pondering on that thought. If he wanted to fire him on the spot he could. But what led him to do such a thing? Kise technically didn't hit Dia but he was motioning to do so from how heated their argument escalated to. If Naruto wasn't there to stop it, he didn't want to ponder on that any longer.

"May I ask, why?" Minato needed a bit more clarification as to why it escalated to that point. He knows from record that Kise was a strict and by the book employee. He was very social but seemed to always put work and business before his private life.

"There is the Fall term project our department is currently working on. Not the one that I needed Dia to complete…but I needed her to complete her project to come help us with the Fall project. Everyone counts on Dia because she is reliable when it comes to designs since we're currently stumped on the theme. They've been asking me when Dia would be finished with her individual project. Then suddenly her individual project was pushed to tomorrow morning. I think someone in our department ratted Dia out to get her project finished so that she can come help with the Fall project." He explained.

They got the gist of the situation. Kise was clearly stressed out and it seems, as the head of the department he was responsible for all his employees. But it seems someone is trying to set him up. But something was strange.

"How many projects are you working on right now?" Naruto questioned him. For someone of Kise's caliber he should have been able to handle emergency call in or immediate leaves from an employee under him. Plus the complaints and deadlines. Something wasn't right.

"We have 3 projects due within the next 4 days. Dia' project for the Water fountain is due early tomorrow and she was almost done with it. 2 projects are due within a week. The Fall term project is due next month but that's our biggest project assigned to us that really needs all hands on deck. And then 3 more tag team projects." He answered.

"Who's your superior that assigned this to you?" Kakashi asked this time.

They all watched Kise's eyes widen at the realization of how many projects were shoved at them. His answer to Kakashi's question never was voiced because Kise was gapping like a fish out of water.

"Orochimaru is the head of the Designer's department. There are 15 sections which are broken down by 4 smaller sections and Kise is the 12th head of the 15 sections." Minato provided.

That got Minato thinking. A section is not supposed to have a huge project of that scale if there are individual projects with due dates that were not within 2 months of a "term" project's due date. But this is exactly what Kise was stating. They're juggling too many projects for a section of his size. And the one who assigns the projects is the Head Department.

Why were they assigned so many? It even got Minato thinking why Orochimaru was pressuring Kise's department. Last time he checked, he personally wanted Orochimaru's personal department to handle the Fall term's project.

Something wasn't adding up.

Then two sharp claps got all the men's attention.

Naruto had a blank face on which then morphed into a goofy smile. Sasuke just sighed. Kakashi lightly scratched the side of his face mask. Minato noted their actions but didn't ponder on it since the main focus was on Naruto.

The younger blond cleared his throat and then proceeded over to Dia's work area.

"We'll put aside that information for now and focus on the task at hand. Dia's project is due tomorrow correct? Then we should get to it. We'll deal with Hebi-teme later." Then Naruto started looking through the very organized papers on Dia's desk. You can see the sparkle in his eye. He was admiring Dia's work and progress.

Sasuke just shook his head in amusement and walked over to help him figure out the project and how Dia wanted it completed. Kakashi just chuckled like although it wasn't a rare sight to see Naruto sticking his nose into someone's work.

Minato noticed the unpleasant nickname Naruto had for Orochimaru and pondered on how to address the young male about it. But he decided that it could wait. He turned to Kise and walked the brunette over to his desk to discuss the projects in his department. Right now, he needed to figure out what is going on in his designer's department.

His own workload was shredded earlier, curtesy of Naruto's doing, which opened up his hours that was usually spent looking over those papers. So he had spare time now to figure this issue out.

So he sat down with Kise and had him explain each project to him and the due dates plus when they were assigned and by whom and the list of employees under him regardless if they were involved in the project or not.

So they went on with their tasks to help the department…

Time Skip….5 Hours later

Kakashi was sitting down with Minato and helping him and Kise organize the project details. The silverette wasn't much help to Naruto and Sasuke since the duo seemed to have Dia's project under control and almost finished since an hour ago.

That got Minato curious though. And right when he was about to voice his concern about Naruto's ability to understand a designer's work, Sasuke came over and plopped right down next to Kakashi. So that was directly across from him, since Minato was sitting next to Kise.

"Naruto can look through someone's work and understand their structure of thought process and where they want their work to go and what results they wish to achieve. And then once he gets the general gist of the person's personality and plan, he goes above and beyond their goal of the project to get it near perfection as possible as the person wished for it to be even if it is out of their ability to achieve. Naruto can make it possible but he makes sure to not take credit for it by tweaking it to the person's liking and understanding of the end results. He's always like that. Helping others out and bringing out the best possible results of their hard work to fruition just the way how they first imagined their work's final results when they first receive it." Sasuke spoke. He then took a swig out of a bottle of water he brought with him.

Minato understood but was still quite puzzled by Sasuke's explanation. The younger boy barely glanced at him and saw his puzzled facial expression. His own lips twitched in irritation at how gullible Minato was. So he decided to elaborate his explanation.

"When a person is given a project to do; the first thing you want to achieve is usually your first thought process of how you want the project to look like when it's complete. Like say you were given a project to build a dog house for a pair of dogs to sleep in. The first thing that comes to your mind right now is the image of how you want it look like when it's complete, the image. And then your next thought process is how big to build it, what you need in materials to achieve that image and then lastly you have to figure out where it's going to be built unless there is already a set location for it. To break it down in a person's general thought process. Naruto can retrace Dia's thought process of when she first received the project to where she's going with it now because she could have changed her plans to accommodate for any errors. But Naruto will find a way around those errors and give her the results she desired, plus more." He re-explained.

Minato nodded in an understanding manner to appease Sasuke's glare he was giving him during his second explanation. And stored that unique talent of Naruto's to his information file in his mind labeled 'Naruto'. Then he wished he could hire Naruto. He would benefit him greatly with his abilities. But then judging from Naruto's looks and behavior; he looked like he was still in high school and the fact that he really detest him may not work out.

How could he forget those freezing sapphire colored eyes glaring at him when they first made eye contact? Although he suddenly did have a passing thought that maybe he was an "M". Because he was clearly turned on and somehow Naruto noticed his thought process and threw a cardboard box cutter past his face…again.

"Get your head out of the gutter Namikaze. Sasuke I've finished and Kakashi-kun come do a final check for me." Naruto said.

"Hai-hai, on my way. Although is there really a need for me to check your perfect work that you've checked ten times already before calling for me?" Kakashi responded.

One thing did catch Minato's attention. The way Naruto addressed Kakashi was very…intimate. But before he could voice his question, he was interrupted by Kise.

"Namikaze-sama, what should we do about this?" Kise pointed out a project outline for him.

That snapped him into his business mode and that concern was shoved away to be forgotten for the time being. He was unaware of the fact that Naruto was watching him out of the corner of his eyes. Watching his reaction. Kakashi was aware of that fact and to show a sign of support to the blond boy, he cupped Naruto's right cheek with his left hand. Naruto slightly leaned to snuggle the warm gloved hand but a jealous boy on his left tugged his arm so that he was out of Kakashi's hand.

Kakashi just chuckled at Sasuke's reaction. The raven head was even death glaring him for being bold with his movement. The silverette understands though. He loves Naruto the same way Sasuke loves Naruto.

So, now what to do about Orochimaru's sadist streak on Kise's department was what Naruto was plotting. Regardless of what the two males next to him was doing.
