Author's Note: This is just a little drabble that I came up with. I actually used this as an entry for a HS page. But, this is my first HS story and it's SolKat.

Disclaimer: I do not own Homestuck. Andrew Hussie does. He also owns my soul.

Karkat sighed as he cracked his neck and stretched. Looking over at the clock that hung on the wall, he groaned. It was nearly midnight and he still had three pages that he had to come up with for his Programming Final. Sollux was probably already asleep, having finished his paper days ago. They had to write a code and then a paper explaining what it did and a practical application for the program.

Karkat groaned once again as he let his head hit the table his computer rested on. He would never get this done. He was tired as he had stayed up for three days trying to develop a working code.

"KK, why don't you go to thleep?"

Karkat jumped. He hadn't expected Sollux to be up. He looked over at the doorway to the kitchen, where Sollux's voice had come from. He was leaning against the doorway, with two mugs in his hands. He walked over and sat on the couch behind Karkat, setting down a mug next to the other male.

Karkat could smell the coffee coming from Sollux's mug, most likely sweetened with honey he knew. His own had tea in it, of that he was sure. It was times like these that he fell for Sollux a little bit more.

"I can't, asshole. I have to finish this. It's due tomorrow. I know that you are finished, but some of us actually have to try in order to get a passing grade." Karkat huffed, taking a small sip of his tea. Chamomile... Sollux really must have been worried about him. He only made that when it was visible that Karkat was stressed.

"KK, not thleeping ithn't going to help anyone with anything. All you are going to do ith wear yourthelf out. Pleathe, jutht go to thleep?" Sollux said, as he set his own mug down and leaned against Karkat's back.

"I'll make you a deal, KK. If you lay down on the couch and take a nap, I'll wake you up in enough time tho you can finith your paper and thtill get to clath on time. Pleathe, for me?"

Karkat huffed, but agreed. He really was tired. Sollux moved from the couch so Karkat could lay down. Within moments of relaxing his body, Karkat was asleep. Sollux grinned slightly and covered him up with the blanket on the back of the couch.

He turned to look over the project left up on Karkat's computer. Reading over what was already there, he sighed. Cracking his fingers, he started to type.

It was eight thirty when Karkat woke up. He jumped up when he realized the time. He growled in his mind at Sollux. He was going to be late. Class was in 45 minutes. His project wasn't even finished. There were some days that he hated Sollux.

Karkat pulled up his paper, only to find it completed and corrected with a note at the bottom.

'KK, ii couldn't wake you up. you needed two 2leep. don't worry about your project. ii've already priinted iit and emaiiled iit two the profe22or. just worry about gettiing two cla22. there ii2 breakfa2t on the kiitchen counter. ii'll 2ee you when you get here.'

Then again, there were sometimes that he was absolutely in love with Sollux Captor.
