When I was writing stories before I took them down, I was so scared I turned off alert for reviews and did not read them.

I find interesting how you used human form of Athena rather than her godly form when making her insanely fight Percy. I was wondering what your thought may have been. Because from what I remember, I think goody form of a goddess will be more effective than human form when fighting or did you p try to associate her fight in human form as per fatal flaw of sort which may be pride, after all Annabeth had pride as fatal flaw if I remembered.

As for Percy not encountering any other god than the few he did, wouldn't it been possible for him to have been discovered by more god? After all, some gods must possess some kind of method of finding something. Or like Iris msg would never or does it. Have been too long since I read ( and I donated them to library if I remember correctly) so I really don't remember.

P.S. What do authors really look for in a constructive review? I have never been too good at writing or reading reviews and I want to at least write something relevant of reviews so it doesn't bore the life out of authors. (And you did say you might respond and you do have plenty of reviews to reference what is constructive review)

A: Thanks, personally I will never turn the alert off because I find that knowing that people still read your work even after one and a half year of no update and find it good is really motivating even if you don't write anymore.

For the human form, I personally think that godly form is just a god's purest form: raw energy and cannot really hurt another god (I'm not even sure if it is tangible). It may have been a matter of pride (Annabeth's fatal flaw is Hubris) or it may have been her logical side –as small as it may have been at the moment- telling her that the demigods present wouldn't survive if she suddenly showed her true form.

As for Percy not encountering any other god: he lived in Alaska, which is the land beyond the gods –they cannot reach it- and rarely left it. I think I may have pushed it by having Percy Iris-Message from there.

Finally, for the constructive review, what I expect from a review is truthfulness above all: what you thought of the chapter; what part you liked the most/least; what you think can be done better. I also like question about how I wrote the chapter (like you did). I especially dislike insults as if you really hate a story to the point where you insult without telling the author why you hate, you shouldn't be reading much less reviewing.

Q: From Toby860; what will happen to mickael. will he age and then die while selyne lives on. anyways it was good. I like how you left the original chapters up and just added this part at the end. that way the readers can compare the two of them.

A: When I thought about having the two of them married, it was the first thing that came up and I thought: if Dionysus can immortalize his mortal wife, there is no reason Selyne can't do the same thing. When I first got back to writing I had been almost a year since the last update and I decided to finish the story in one go while pasting it behind the previous chapters and posting the whole; eventually I re-read and re-wrote all of the previous chapters as well.

A: Double thanks :D . I'm not sure if I will be able to write a new story, but if I do I will make sure to have it complete before posting it to avoid long period of no update like with this one.

A: You may have missed it but at the beginning of last chapter, it was stated that the story was finished, sorry.

When I thought of this story I had it where there is no king anymore but a council that maker the decisions. As for Apollo's reaction well, I'll have to leave it to your imagination won't I. ;)

A: Yes the mysterious woman with the child was Leto although I did think it would be that much of a mystery.

I know Americans, British people and other English speakers that write horribly, yet your story is properly paced, it's plot is seemingly well developed, and despite some minor OOCA from Artemis, you portrayed the characters as well as an AU could!
