"Hey Will! Who's this?" Matt asked walking up to Will when she was dropped off at school by her grandma the next day, Angelo getting out behind her while the other Guardians and Caleb were already there.
"Matt this is Angelo Vanders, my best friend since diapers." Will said grinning up at Matt who nodded at this.
"By the way… we can stop pretending to date now! It probably wouldn't be a good idea to continue the charade now that Angelo is transferring here." Will said causing many to gape, the two had only been pretending to date?
"Why's that?" Matt asked confused with a tilt of his head and causing Will to smirk slightly.
"Angelo-not here is very possessive and protective of me." Will said laughing slightly when Angelo bodily picked her up and spun her around a bit.
"Of course I'm protective and possessive! You're my princess, Fire Frog!" Angelo said causing Halinor to laugh and tease her grandchild.
"Okay you two, no making me a great-grandmother till your both out of school." Halinor said causing Will's face to turn the same shade of red as her hair, Angelo not far behind her.
"GRANDMA!" Will shouted embarrassed while Halinor merely laughed and kissed her forehead, giving Angelo a brief hug as she prepared to leave.
"You, Grandma K and Grandpa try not to give us anymore auntie or uncles." Angelo retorted causing Halinor to blush just as dark as her granddaughter was while the others gagged slightly, or mimed that they were gagging.
"I'm not even going to visit Kat and Joe! I'm going to go talk with Susan and help her move your things into my house where you two belong!" Halinor said defensively and causing Will to smirk slightly as she looked at her grandmother.
"Let me guess, Grandpa Joe and Grandma K are already waiting at mine and mom's apartment for you to show up and you three are going to share the master bedroom at the house?" Will asked causing Halinor to turn even redder at this.
"Will?" Halinor asked glaring slightly at her grandchild.
"Yes Grandma?" Will asked innocently in return, with an innocent grin that fooled only those that didn't know her that well, which was pretty much everyone but the Guardians, her grandma, Angelo and Matt.
"Shut up now." Halinor said flatly, causing Will's smile to widen.
"Yes grandma. Go have fun with grandpa Joe and Granny K." Will aid causing the other girls and Angelo to bust out laughing at what she called the proud Queen of Zambala. Even Halinor couldn't stop the snickers she had at what Will just called the former Earth Guardian and queen.
"I can't wait to see how Kat reacts to that." Halinor said with one hand over her mouth to try and stop her snickering.
"I'll call her that when I see her next… as long as I'm not walking in on you two, or three if you count Grandpa Joe." Will said causing Angelo to bust out laughing again while Halinor blushed darkly again.
"You are so gonna pay for that one later." Halinor hissed at her granddaughter who merely gave an impish grin as the blond woman got back into her car, slamming the door as she did so, and tore out of the school parking lot far faster than the school speed zone allowed.
"Your grandma has a freakin iron foot."
