Chapter Forty-One: The Silence before the Storm
[Kat's Inner World]
[Kat's POV]
Mangekyo gently held me up as I used her for support as Kaji freed everyone. I smiled sheepishly at a glaring Kaji as he angrily freed everyone mumbling curse after curse.
"You really are fucking idiot!" Kaji growled breaking Kinzoku's chains off and then moved to the next person. "Why the fuck did you let her stab you?! For fuck sakes do you even listen to a fucking word I say?!" Kaji continuing scowling as I sheepishly laugh.
"Kaji we both know that was going to be the only way to get Kyo's attention." I said plainly.
Kaji was about to start screaming again when Mizu placed a hand on his shoulder.
"The important thing is that Kat is safe and she was able to help Kyo-senpai control the hollow again." Mizu spoke up softly making her way towards me.
"I got this Kyo-senpai, I'll heal her right away." Mizu offered gently and Mangekyo softly handed me over to her.
"You really did cause a mess this time Kyo-senpai." Koori scowled Mangekyo angrily, her bright white eyes glaring at the scowling Mangekyo.
Mizu gently placed her hand over my stomach as Kinzuko and Chi held me up.
"You did great Kat." Kinzuko said happily.
I looked over him and Chi who both had smiles on their faces.
"We are sorry we didn't you the truth about Kyo-senpai." Chi added grimly.
"It's ok, even if you told me the truth before I probably wouldn't have understood it. I wouldn't have reacted the same way." I replied almost ashamed.
Mizu smiled happily, "You really have grown Kat. That is a very mature thing to say." Mizu said as she finished up healing my stomach.
Kaji finished freeing Ki and Kuki and Kuki happily ran towards me, hugging me tightly.
"Kat I'm so glad you are ok!" Kuki yelled happily, tears pooling around her bright orange eyes.
I smile softly at her patting her head gently, "I'm glad you are ok." I replied back happily, feeling lighter than I had in a couple of days.
I looked over my shoulder as Koori and Kage continue to scowl Mangekyo. I slowly guided Kuki to the side as I made my way towards Mangekyo. I gently touched her shoulder getting her attention.
"How is this possible?" I asked confused.
"As you probably have figured out already, I was originally created from your soul to be your zanpakuto. That's why in a sense I'm you, I was born from your soul Kat. When you were still living in Soul Society we were barely creating a bond. Those lucive dreams you would have that seem blurry and long forgotten was me trying to get my name to reach you." Mangekyo explained softly.
"But, that doesn't explain why I don't have a zanpakuto." I questioned confused.
"That time Kisuke showed you the Breakdown Shepare that he created it left a strange type of spiritual energy within your body. I don't know how to describe it felt like the walls that convine my power to a certain form were slowly breaking away." Mangekyo explained thoughtfully. "During the night when you ran into Aizen and his hollowfication experiment, it started to take over your inner world. But you were my Kat, I wasn't going to let anyone hurt you. Because of the strange energy left behind I was able to breakdown the boundaries between, soul, soul reaper and hollow. Though you hadn't reached it yet I was able to take my abilities and break them down into separate souls and give them their own form. I knew they would come in handy just in case I ever lost control of my hollow side. I asorb the strange hollowfication that was trying to take over your body and merged with it."
I stared at her disbelief.
"It was then at that time that Kage took you away from with her shadow abilities. At first it wasn't so hard to control the hollow, our soul was still very much filled with love. But after you awoke and with no memories you slowly went back to your old doubtfully self. I instructed everyone to seal me away if the hollow ever started to take control and I became unstable. As you slowly started to drain in your self doubts it slowly started to break away my resolve that I was everything you ever needed to be strong." Mangekyo whispered shamefully. "I lost faith in you and the hollow was able to take control."
"Kat since your inner world was always in constain turmoil of not really knowing who you were or how to properly use your powers it cause Kyo-senpai to grow resentfully of you. Causing the hollow within her to grow in control." Mizu explained gently.
I frowned slightly, realizing this was partly my fault.
"The reason you don't have a zanpakuto is because Kyo-senpai scarificed that power to make us, a strange version of what you call a Fullbring. Kyo-senpai in a sense is just another one of your spirits…you could even say she's a yin and yang type of spirit." Kage explained bluntly.
Kat sighed and took a deep breath, "I'm really sorry, all of this is my fault. I have been so focus on my own self pity I didn't even noticed what this was doing to you guys. "But I promise this time it's going to be different. I'm going to learn everything about Mangekyo and you guys. I'm going to properly learn how to use my power to its fullest." I stated determinedly, staring at my clinching fist.
All of my spirits smiled at me.
"You should go back, your friends are waiting for you. They are kind of worried since you haven't woken up yet." Kyo said softly. "Kat…I look forward to training with you." Kyo stated seriously and I smiled happily at her.
"So do I." I replied gently. "I'll see you guys later."
[Warehouse]
[Nobody's POV]
Yoruichi, Kisuke and Shinji stood silently in the room staring at Tessai as he examined Kat's unconcioius body.
"It's as Hachi said, pyshically there is nothing wrong with Kat. She is most likely still stuck in her inner world." Tessai explained seriously.
"How long has she been like this?" Yoruichi questioned concerned, but sternly. Her pirecing gold eyes staring at Shinji slightly upset.
"A couple of hours." Shinji replied unconcerned about Yoruichi's death glare. "The reason I called you here Kisuke wasn't just because she hasn't woken up but because her spirit force it completely different from us, yours and those humans." Shinji explained sternly, leaning against the wall with his arms crossed.
Kisuke lifted his hat slightly and gave Shinji a somber look, "I believe this might the side affects of the breakdown sphere. Just like you guys became hybirds when I used the breakdown sphere on you, this is the type of breed Kat has become." Kisuke explained thoughtfully staring at his unconscious friend.
"Well this new change have any damaging effects on her Kisuke?" Yoruichi questioned sternly.
"I'm not sure. I won't know for sure until she awakes and I run some tests on her." Kisuke explained bluntly, lowering his hat slightly.
Everyone suddenly became silent when Kat's soft groans each through the tense room. Yoruichi quickly walked over to her friends side helping her seat up. Kat groggily looked around the full surprise to see Kisuke, Yoruichi and Tessai there with Shinji.
"Why is everyone here?" Kat questioned confused leaning against the headbroad of the bed.
"You weren't waking up and we started to get concern." Shinji explained from the wall, swiftly pushing himself off from the wall and stepped over to Kat's bedside.
"How long have I been knocked out?" Kat questioned stunned.
"Almost 24 hours." Kisuke answered.
Kat looked at him wide eyed, her hand gently moving towards her stomach were she felt nothing. Mizu had in fact already healed that wound up and she was fine. She just felt extremely tired and stiff.
"I'm sorry I worried you guys. But I have finally taken control of my inner hollow and have come to understand my powers better." Kat explained softly staring at her bracelet happily.
"Kat, I'm still concerned about the sudden change in your spirit force." Kisuke spoke up sternly. "I would like to run some tests and see exactly how your spirit force and powers have changed."
Kat nods her head in agreement.
"But not right now." Yoruichi spoke up sternly. "Kat you still look tired, rest some more and when you feel better let Kisuke check you out." Yoruichi ordered concern.
Kat smile softly and nodded, knowing she wouldn't win against Yoruichi's orders.
"Kat you can stay here if you like, this can be your room while you are." Shinji offered.
Kat smile at him, "Thank you Shinji, for everything." She added gratefully.
Shinji grinned, "What are friends for."
[Couple Days Later]
[Karakura High School]
[Nobody's POV]
The school semester had finally started, Ichigo and company reunite at school, enjoying the peace. The teacher had walk into the room, everyone took their seats while the teacher greeted them and did roll call.
"Catalina Vazquez." The teacher call out loudly.
Everyone look around the classroom for the curly hair brunette.
"Vazquez?" the teacher inquired again.
Ichigo furrowed his eyebrows staring at the empty desk beside him. He tighten his fist into balls as he wonder were Kat was at. He hadn't seen her since they came back from Soul Society. It didn't surprise him much when his sisters told him this morning that Kat still hadn't come home, he hasn't been able to feel her spirit force for the last couple of days either.
He hadn't worry too much at first since Kisuke assured him she was fine and just off doing her own thing. But now he was starting to worry. She should would have at least showed up to school so people wouldn't worry…unless something was wrong. Ichigo scowl angrily wondering where the hell she was at.
'Damn it Kat, where are you.' Ichigo wonder angrily.
"She probably wasn't feeling well." The teacher muttered softly moving onto the next person.
Orihime glance at the empty desk sadly and then towards Ichigo.
'Kat-chan…what's going on?" Orihime wonder sadly.
While Ichigo and Orihime were wondering where and what was happening to Kat.
A sudden knock on the door brought everyone back to reality as they stared at the door. The door open and Shinji lazily walked into the room greeting the teacher and everyone.
"Oh, that's right, we have a new student this year." The teacher mumbled. "Please introduce yourself."
Shinji turned around writing his name backwards on the board and then turned to look at everyone with a cheeky smile.
"Do you like, my specialty is doing things backwards. My name is Shinji Hirako." Shinji introduced himself happily.
Shinji looked around the room and finally made contact with his target. Ichigo Kurosaki. Ichigo wasn't even looking at Shinji as he stared out the window deep in thought.
"Please have a seat for now in Vazquez empty desk, we will get another one for you tomorrow." The teacher instructed.
"Alrighty!" Shinji saluted happily making his way to Kat's empty desk.
Ichigo was snapped out of his thoughts when Shinji suddenly took the empty seat next to him. Ichigo tensed up when he realized it wasn't Kat and the blond happily introduced himself.
"Hi yea! My name is Shinji Hirako, pleasure to meet you."
Ichigo was surprised by his sudden appearance, "Ichigo Kurosaki." He quietly introduced himself. But then he was quickly straddled by the loud ringing of his shinigami badge and quickly left the room. Orihime and Chad quickly followed after him making the same lame excuses as Ichigo.
Shinji stared out the window as he watched the shinigami version of Ichigo flash step through the empty ground follow by his friends. Shinji grinned.
[Warehouse]
[Kat's POV]
I panted heavily jogging on a giant hamster wheel. I had pushed past the burning pain hours ago to the point of numbness.
It has already been a couple of days since I woke up to my new found power. And so much has changed with my body and powers. I thought amazed at the sudden changes. Thinking back everything seems sort of surreal to be honest. After assuring everyone I was fine I went back to my inner world there was still so much I needed to ask and learn.
[Flashback]
"Kaji how are you alive?" I questioned confused.
"Kat, our power has drastically changed with my revealed and Kyo-senpai's control of the hollow." Kaji started off sternly.
"Ok…what has changed?" I asked furrowing my eyebrows in confusion.
"Everyone's secondary ability was sacrificed to bring me back to my spirit form." Kaji replied somberly, his bright red eyes staring at me seriously. "You don't have anymore secondary abilities."
I stared at him disbelief.
"Kat, without some of our secondary abilities it means you are going to have train harder to become physically stronger and faster to be able to properly use our elements." Kinzoku explained bluntly.
I looked at my hand thoughtfully, 'He's right. Right now I'm not physically strong enough to use Kinzoku or even Chi. Metal and Earth require a lot of stamina on my part and raw strength. Two things I don't have and made up with Kinzoku's and Chi's secondary abilities. Without them…I have to start training my body to become stronger.'
"Exactly." Inazuma said cruelty.
I clinched my first tightly and smirked at my spirits determinedly.
"Guess we have a lot of work to do guys." I said happily
[End of Flashback]
'Also apparently Kyo wasn't a zanpakuto anymore she was just another one of my spirits along with everyone else. Her element being Yang. When I use Kyo I have all the normal hollow abilities that Shinji and the others have.' I recalled thinking back to how much my power has really changed.
"Hey stop your daydreaming Kat!" I suddenly heard Hiyori yell angrily knocking me out of my thoughts. "I want you running faster! Come on Kat, your stamina is still shit if this little exercise is tiring you out!" Hiyori yelled loudly from across the room, where she was comfortably laying on the couch.
"Easy for a damn couch potato to yell orders!" I hissed out of breath, trying not to lose my balance on this ridiculous wheel.
"Hey, Hiyori, shouldn't you go a little easier on Kat." Love said simply, not looking away from his manga.
"Go easy on her?! She has become a pansy in the last 100 years we haven't seen her. I gotta put some grit back into her!" Hiyori yelled pissed.
"Where's Shinji by the way? I haven't seen him all morning." I panted tiredly between short breaths as I continued to run. "It has been oddly quiet without him."
"The dumbass went to Karakura High to recruit Ichigo Kurosaki." Hiyori replied bluntly.
'Ichigo…' I thought sadly. 'I guess the time is nearing when the Arrancar will finally show up.' I thought somberly recalling how Ulquiorra and Yammy will be the first to show up. 'I wonder will I be strong enough to hold my own against them when the time comes.' I thought in wonder and smirked softly. 'Of course I will, I'm not alone anymore.'
"Hey! Stop smiling like a weirdo and keep running faster Kat! You still have 4 hours left on the wheel!" Hiyori screamed.
I twitched my eye in annoyance but didn't bothering replying back, I wouldn't be able to yell anything without choking for air.
[Karakura High School]
[Nobody's POV]
Orihime silently watched Ichigo grab his things and silently make his way out of the classroom ignoring Keigo and his friends.
Orihime frowned sadly quickly making her way after him. She was able to catch him outside the gate of the school.
"Kurosaki-kun!" Orihime yelled concerned.
Ichigo stopped and turned to look at her emotionless.
"What happen to Kat-chan?" Orihime asked concerned. She hasn't felt her spirit force since they come back from Soul Society and now she wasn't at school.
"I don't know." Ichigo replied somberly looking at the ground. "The bastard of Urahara won't tell me anything. He simply said she was fine and off doing her thing that she would come back when she is ready." Ichigo growled angrily and frustrated at the fact he didn't know what was going on with Kat.
Ichigo looked away from her hurt and simply walked away.
Orihime smiled sadly watching Ichigo walk away depressed.
'Ichigo…'
[Warehouse]
[Kat's POV]
I lost in my thoughts as I continued to run on the wheel when the front door suddenly slammed opened. I could hear Shinji's annoyance voice rambling things to himself as he walked into the practically silent warehouse.
"Kat~!" Shinji suddenly whined childishly taking a seat at the nearby couch.
I sighed deciding that was going to be enough running for today and swiftly jumped off of the giant wheel. I wobble made my way towards a nearby table drinking some water and eyed Shinji weirdly.
"I haven't even seen you all day today Shinji, why the hell are you complaining?" I questioned him breathlessly, drinking more water.
"You need to help me ask your boyfriend to join us tonight." Shinji pouted like a child. "He looks like a really stubborn bastard." Shinji grumbled annoyed.
My heart flinched slightly at the word boyfriend, "I told you, he's not my boyfriend anymore." I stated cruelty. I decided to head over to Kisuke's not wanting to stay here anymore knowing exactly where this conversation was going. "I'll be heading out for tonight." I add bluntly, not bothering to look at Shinji.
"Look at what you did you dumbass!" Hiyori growled angrily.
The loud smacking of sandal echo loudly through the silent warehouse as I stopped at the door momentarily.
"It's alright Hiyori, I'll be back later. I'm just going to check on Kisuke and Yoruichi." I half lied gently.
I opened the door and stopped one last time, looking over at Shinji over my shoulder.
I look at him solemnly, "He wouldn't listen to me anyways…I've hurt him. I'm the last person he wants to see right now." I admit sadly, feeling my stomach twist in slightly guilt.
I walked out and slowly made my way towards Kisuke's shop. I sighed tiredly remembering what happened earlier today when I tried to go to school. I was shocked to realize that people couldn't see me anymore.
I guess with everything that went on the last couple of days, my body finally went back to its normal state. Accruing to Kisuke it's a spirit body like Yoruichi's and him. So, that means if I want to live in the human world I have to use a faux body now too. Kisuke told me he could have it done by tomorrow, but he wasn't sure.
I abruptly stopped walking when I suddenly felt a very powerful and strange spirit force at the distance.
"Grand Fisher…" I whispered sternly.
Without a doubt I quickly flash stepped towards the direction I felt the Gran Fisher. Kon was in trouble and I didn't exactly know what kind of situation Kon will be in with me here modifying the future.
As I flash stepped on top of the buildings I finally saw Kon at the distance being pin down by the Gran Fisher. His size was even more massive than the last time I saw him, so this is how uncompleted Arrancar feels.
'Kinzoku.'
I wasn't sure how strong his skin was compare to a fully mature Arrancar I couldn't take any risks. I formed a thick glove like armour on my hands up to my elbow and did the same with my legs. I quickly appeared in front of the Gran Fisher punching him square on the face. The blow throw him back causing a rush of wind to blow all around us.
'My hand to hand combat becomes stronger when I use Kinzoku's metal as an armor. Thought my body is still not pyshically strong enough to hold this form long.'
I stood there letting the metal disappear as I return to my normal self.
I squeaked loudly when Kon suddenly appeared behind me, hugging me tightly and gropping me shamelessly.
"KAT-CHAN!" Kon yelled joyfully, still cupping a feel.
"Kon!" I growled annoyed, elbowing him hard on the stomach.
I heard Kon in Ichigo's body stumble back and yelp in pain.
"Get ready Kon, this still isn't finish." I state sternly taking a fighting position.
'My best beat will be to use Kinzoku.'
"Who the hell are you?!" The Gran Fisher screamed angrily standing up.
"Sorry Mr. Hollow, but Ichigo isn't home at the moment." Isshin's voice suddenly came from behind us.
I turned around stun to see him standing there, I didn't even feel his spirit forced nearing us.
"But here is another suggestion how about you play with me instead of that beautiful young lady." Isshin added amused, smirking at the giant Arrancar before us.
[Kurosaki Household]
[Couple of Minutes Earlier]
[Nobody's POV]
Later towards the night Ichigo relaxed tiredly on his bed, still trying to figure out where Kat could be.
"LET ME OUT!" Kon yelled hysterically. "I'M SO BORED!"
Ichigo looked up at the dramatic Kon, his eyes twitching in annoyance.
"Hey, shut up before Yuzu and Karin hear you." Ichigo growled annoyed.
"But I'm so bored! At least when Nee-chan and Kat-chan were here it wasn't so boring!" Kon protested angrily. "Where is Kat-chan anyways?" Kon suddenly questioned thoughtfully.
Ichigo froze staring at the manga in his hands and furrowed his eyebrows angrily.
'How the hell should I know…' Ichigo thought angrily.
Before Kon could further questioned Ichigo about Kat's sudden disappearance his Soul Reaper badge went off. Ichigo swiftly grabbed it already starting to get use to the noise. Ichigo forces his Soul Reaper form out his body and then grabs Kon forcing his pill out. Ichigo places the pill in his body and jumps onto the window.
"Take care of my body while I'm gone. And don't do anything stupid while I'm out!" Ichigo threaten sternly.
[Kat's POV]
I stared at the defeated Arrancar in awe. I knew Isshin was strong, but I had no idea exactly just how strong he was.
I turn to my side when Kisuke also showed up, holding his hat down in place casting a dark shadow over his eyes.
"So, did you finally have your revenge?" Kisuke questioned slyly, standing beside me.
"So, you came as well, Kisuke Urahara." Isshin stated plainly.
"May, seems like everything is tack, you look good as ever, I'm relieved." Kisuke said politely.
I eyed him weirdly, never having heard since a polite tone out him.
"What the hell is with this seriousness all of sudden Kisuke?" I questioned dumbfound eyeing him baffuled.
"Well, I didn't want to be blame if Isshin became weaker, that would have problematic on my part." Kisuke stated joyfully fanning his stupid fan.
I sighed, if course he wasn't being serious at all. I looked over at Isshin who was looking at untrustingly, he didn't know what my situation was.
"It's alright she's a very old friend." Kisuke said seriously, emphasizing on very.
"Guess that explains her strange spirit force." Isshin murmured softly.
"Isshin, please know, your secret is safe with me. I have secrets of my own I'm keeping from Ichigo as well." I told Isshin seriously.
Isshin simply nods taking my promise sincerely, also it seem like he trusted Kisuke's enough to not question my own secrets.
"How does it feel to be in Soul Reaper again after 20 years?" Kisuke question Isshin.
"Alright." Isshin replied plainly.
I look to the distance when I felt Ichigo's and Shinji's spirit force.
"Seems they have made contact with your son." Kisuke spoke noticing the spirit forces to the distance too.
[Nobody's POV]
Ichigo stood there annoyed staring at his badge thinking it was useless since other Soul Reapers still didn't know who he was.
Ichigo sighed putting his badge away deciding it was best to go home and rest. He also wanted to hurry get his body back, who knows what illegal stuff Kon was doing in it.
Ichigo then felt a new presence and quickly turned around blocking another zanpakuto shocked. Ichigo stared at the new arrival shocked.
"Hirako?" Ichigo questioned confused.
Shinji jumped back, grinning slyly at Ichigo.
"How-what are you?!" Ichigo questioned confused, staring at the blond disbelief.
"Hm, it's easier to show you then to explain." Shinji replied thoughtly, tapping the edge of his blade on his shoulder. Shinji placed his hand on his face and white substance oozed from his hand forming a hollow mask in his hand.
Ichigo stared at the white hollow mask stunned.
"A hollow mask?"
"Exactly Ichigo. A hollow mask and a zanpakuto." Shinji said coyly. "Just like you."
Ichigo's eyes widen in shock.
"We like to call ourselves the Vizards." Shinji explain letting his mask disappear. "Ichigo, you don't belong with the Soul Reapers, you belong with us." Shinji stated sternly. "Join us Ichigo." He offered.
Ichigo looked at him confused. But suddenly they both felt two strong spirit forces at the distance. Ichigo furrowed his eyebrows in confusion he didn't know who one of them belong to but one of them he was certain of.
"Kat…" Ichigo whispered relived but quickly tensed up again realizing what kind of situation Kat was in.
Ichigo was about to run when Shinji's voice stopped him.
"Hey we aren't done talking!"
"Yes we are. I'm not interested in joining you. I'm a Soul Reaper." Ichigo stated sternly pointing at himself. "I'm not one of you."
Shinji sighed, he didn't want to resort to plan B. Kat was going to kill him when she finds out.
"Kat-chan knew better." Shinji suddenly said slyly, placing his hand into his pocket.
Ichigo froze and stared at him stun when he mention Kat's name. He was about to ask Shinji how he knew Kat, but stopped when he felt another strange spirit force appear.
Ichigo glintch his jaw angrily he wanted to know how Shinji knew Kat and if he knew where she has been. But he decided he could figure that out tomorrow at school right going to see why Kat was with that strong spiritual force was more important.
Shinji clicked his tongue annoyed when Ichigo ran off without another word.
Shinji scoffed annoyed, "And here I thought using Kat's name would be the selling point." Shinji grumbled annoyed pulling out his phone. Making a call he wasn't too excited to make.
[Kat's POV]
"For them to have made a move it means the time has come." Isshin said grimly, crossing his arms.
I looked up at the sky listening to the grim situation that was slowly getting closer.
'Soon the Winter War will start. I have to start making hard decisions. How much information can revealed about the future without completely changing its outcome.' I wondered staring at the glowing stars.
I suddenly remember something. I look over to my side letting Kisuke and Isshin continued their conversation. I looked at Kon narrowing my eyes at him as he stared at Isshin bewildered and amazed.
"Kon." I said sternly knocking him out his thoughts.
Kon looked at my serious face and squeak nervously, waving his hands around frankly thinking I was going to hit him again.
"Relax, I'm not going to hit you again, even though you deserve it you perverted bastard." I grumbled annoyed crossing my arms. "But I will hurt you if you don't kept what happen here tonight a secret especially the part about Isshin." I threaten seriously, glaring at him. "I'll personal pull out all of your stuffing if you mention anything to Ichigo."
Kon squeak, "I promise Kat-chan I won't tell Ichigo anything about tonight!" Kon promsed fearfully.
I furrowed my eyebrows concerned when I felt Ichigo's spirit force nearing.
"Kisuke, I think it's best we head out." I offered simply.
"She's right. Kurosaki-kun is nearing." Kisuke added solemnly.
We each went our separate ways. I decided to go back to the warehouse and train a little longer to keep my mind off of the Arrancars and Ichigo.
When I arrived at the warehouse I noticed Shinji sitting up on one of broken ledges, he was looking up at the starry sky. I jump up beside him, silently staring up the sky with him.
Shinji sighed, "So, was it an Arrancar?" Shinji questioned me solemnly.
"Yeah, Kisuke says it was an unfinished version of one, but, none the less it was one." I replied plainly, sitting down and hugged my knees to my chest.
"I used ya name tonight, it didn't work like I thought it would." Shinji whispered apologetically.
"It's fine, honestly, I'm going to have to face him sooner or later." I murmured sadly. "But still, I don't appreciate you bringing me into your stupid mess. Now, I have to face Ichigo before he thinks you guys kidnapped me and comes knocking down doors." I hissed annoy, glaring at Shinji.
Shinji chuckled sheepishly, rubbing the back of my neck.
"If Kisuke has finished my faux body by tomorrow morning I'll go to school with you and talk with Ichigo about joining you guys." I explained reluctantly.
Shinji smiled his big toothy smile at me.
