She runs her fingers through your hair, pulling gently at the strands, undoing the tangles. You bring your knees up to your chest, sitting with your back towards her, a bored expression on your face. She smiles, a sweet smile, one that could light up anyone's day. "Your hair is so soft," she whispers softly, closing her eyes. She begins to twist your locks into elaborate patterns, braiding it, "I really wished you'd take more care of it." Her eyes open again, her lips still pulled into a smile.
You slump, pouting. "There's no use!" you reply, rolling your eyes. Your loud response had broken the calm and sweet atmosphere. You lift your hands up, shrugging your shoulders, "It's just going to get messed up later anyways!"
She lets out a small chuckle, pulling a strand of your dark black hair back behind your elfish ear. "That's okay, as long as I get to braid it every once in awhile."
You don't understand her at all, you don't understand why she's so damn nice to you. You're the biggest bitch of them all, but she's always there for you, willing to give you a hand. You clench your fist, narrowing your eyes as she finishes braiding your hair. Resting on her knees, she places her chin on your shoulder, completely ignoring the values of personal space. She knows you won't hurt her, you're not that mean. She hasn't done anything wrong to you, besides annoy the hell out of you.
Your glare travels down to her face, her dark curls tickle your cheek, and she looks up at you, her smile disappearing. "What?" You say in a sharp tone, pushing her face away with the palm of your hand. She recoils, grabbing her nose, scrunching her face. "Ow!" She cries out, "That hurt, Vriska!"
You chuckle, smirking, "You deserved it."
Turning to face her, you cross your arms over your chest, "That's what happens when you get near a spider's web, they bite you!" You cry out, grabbing her, and pulling her into your clutch. She giggles hysterically, trying to push you away. A giant, wide smile is spreading onto her face, she looks so happy. So alive. Your smirk forms into a weak smile, and you lean back, letting go of her. She grins at you, "Don't do that again!" she says, but it wasn't too threatening.
You're kinda glad she takes time out of her life to come visit you. Not that you welcomed visitors openly. You're always alone, you don't have many friends because you don't come off as too good of a person. You're definitely not the cheery individual. But she doesn't care.
She's just as lonely as you are. Living in the sea, alone. Her giant lusus and the other seadweller her only company. She spends her days searching for food just to feed her parental figure. Not much time to socialize or meet with others. But she still comes to visit you.
You who spends her days locked up in her lair, only leaving once in a while to hunt others in order to feed your monstrous lusus. You and Feferi are alike in a way. Maybe thats why she stays around you so much. Someone she can relate to, someone who will understand how lonely it can get.
