*tap, tap, tap* Is this thing still on?

I'm sure by now a lot of the readers of this story have moved on and I don't blame them one little bit; my absence has been appallingly long and I've disappointed myself and all of you.

The past few years have been extremely challenging for me; I've been in and out of hospital and dropped out of various colleges due to ill health. I'm now studying Art and Design in Newcastle and feel a lot more settled.

So settled, in fact, that I was planning to go back over this story and mass-edit it and then continue it. I promised to finish this, and I don't intend to go back on that promise, however long it takes.

I hope you're all well, and thank you for the wonderful reviews, your love and enthusiasm for this fic really inspires me.
