Xemnas does take the Organization on day trips despite popular belief that he allows no day offs.

42. Amusement Park

How on earth he found himself sandwiched between a screaming Demyx and a hooting Axel while hurting downward at unholy speeds with nothing but a cart keeping him from plunging to his death, Xemnas would never know.

He was probably screaming as well, but he would never admit it, or confess that he lost his lunch afterwards. Xemnas swore off roller coasters for the rest of his nonexistent life.

And perhaps amusement parks in general when the rest of the Organization seemed particularly keen on dragging him through every extreme thrill ride.

Sometimes it really sucked to be the Superior.

The amusement park day trips did start to decrease significantly in number afterwards.
