John looked at the animal that wandered across the living room. He'd never seen one in person, only in pictures.

"Sherlock! Why is there an armadillo in our flat?" He yelled to the eccentric detective.

Sherlock's voice came from the other room. "It's an experiment!"

John laid his face in his hands and gave a deep sigh of resignation. Sometimes he could swear Sherlock was just trying his patience to see how far he could go. Making sure there was nothing dangerous in his chair, he sat and pulled out his mobile phone.

"Yes, Inspector Lestrade, please tell me you have a case for Sherlock."

Lestrade answered, "He's gotten that bad, eh?"

"He has an armadillo in the flat today."

"I'll see what I can do."

As a crash came from the other room, John replied, "Please hurry. I think he just blew something up."
