Alex pov
I had just gotten back from the hospital and climbed into bed. Today was the last day of rest. Tomorrow I would be going to school. I would have to be careful around everyone and make sure not to bump my chest. When I went to sleep a nightmare of what had happened came to me. I saw myself walking out of Royal & General Bank. I walked so many times out that door that week, and nothing had happened, so this time I hadn't looked for snipers. Anyway my mind was on my parents when I walked out that door. Stepping off the curb I had felt something hit my chest. I thought someone had punched me. That was until I saw the glint of a gun barrel on top of the building across the street. I put my hand to my chest then took it away. It was covered in blood. After that I don't remember anything. I knew I was a wake, but I don't remember.
When I woke up I was covered in sweat. I carefully got out of bed and looked at the clock. It said 3:00am. I knew I couldn't go back to sleep so I got up and headed to the bathroom to take a shower. Stepping out I realized that I had been in the shower for about an hour. Going back to my room I got dressed and headed to my desk. On it are heaps of papers and books. It was a mountain of homework. I sighed and got to work.
After breakfast and jack fusing over me, I got on my bike and headed to school. My bullet wound from Scorpia burning.
At school I got off my bike and locked it at the bike shed. After that, walking towards the school, I saw Tom. I yelled and he turned around. When he saw it was me he started to run.
"Alex! Your back!" he yelled. When he got to me he was panting. We started going into the school when he finally caught his breath.
"Hey, we got a new homeroom teacher, gym teachers, and science teacher." Tom started.
"That's weird." I responded.
"What's even weirder is that they came on the same day."
"You're kidding, right?"
"No, I'm dead serious." Tom said.
"Huh." I huffed. These new "teachers" were either good guys or bad guys. It just didn't make sense. When I was thinking this we walked into homeroom. Tom said he would take me to meet the new teachers before school started. In the doorway I stopped. I couldn't move.
"Are you okay?" Tom asked concerned. Sitting at the teacher's desk was Ben. When he heard Tom's voice Ben's head lifted up and looked at us. When he saw me he stood up with a smile on his face, and walked towards us.
"Alex! It's great to see you moving around alright." He said. I gave him a puzzled look which he noticed.
"We came to your hospital room when we found out." Ben said.
"I have a feeling that you didn't have your appendix removed." Tom said dryly. I nodded to confirm his thought. At Ben's look I said.
"It's alright Ben, he already knows." This seemed to make him a bit less tense. Remembering something Ben said; I asked.
"Who is we?" That made Ben laugh.
He smirked, "The new teachers. Also I decided to go back to the SAS and K-unit." I nodded my head. I was glad he had decided to go back to the SAS, because I didn't want him to become a heartless person like everyone else in MI6. I had apparently zoned out, because Tom and Ben were in the middle of a conversation.
"...was going to take him to meet the new teachers." Tom was saying.
"Well then, I'll just join you. Anyways I have to go and talk to them," Ben said. He then added an afterthought of, "And Alex does too."
"Well, I would like to know who these teachers are, so we need to go and meet them 'cause Ben won't tell me." I said. We walked into the hallway and headed towards the teachers' lounge. I had a feeling that I already knew our new teachers, but I didn't want to think about it.
