Umm… HI! I know I'm suppose to be updating like four stories, but I was attacked by this little plot bunnie. :3 I do hope you all approve, I'm kind of proud-ish sort-of of this one! ^_^ As you smart people know, I don't own Kingdom Hearts, and it's a good thing I don't or I'd have bunches of yaoi fangirls after me XD

Sora sniffled, and ducked behind a palm tree, hiding from his attackers. "Come out, little Sora!" Wakka, a full six years older than himself cackled. "We only want to play." Behind him Tidus and Selphie laughed. Sora whimpered.

"Leave me alone, leave me alone!" he whispered, crouching down to make himself less noticeable. "What did I do to you, just leave me alone!" Suddenly he felt a presence beside him, and went to scream, but a hand quickly silenced him. Shaking in fear, he looked up to see the silver hair and aquamarine eyes of his best friend. Riku unnecessarily shushed him, and pointed to a wall. Sora nodded silently, confused as to how they were going to hide in a wall, but trusting him enough to not ask.

Riku opened his mouth to whisper something, but a shadow fell over him. Both boys looked up in fear at the twelve-year-old towering over them with a smirk. "Oh, look, guys, there's another!"

Sora screwed his eyes closed in preparation, but Riku had other ideas. Growling slightly, he balled his little hand into a tight fist, and punched Wakka right between the legs, catching him by surprise, and making him topple over in pain. "Run, Sora!" he shouted, grabbing his hand and yanking him along. Both boys ran a hard as they could, neither daring to look back and see that Tidus and Selphie were huddled around Wakka until he croaked "What are you waiting for? Get them!" but it was too late, Riku had already escorted Sora seemingly through the cave wall.

"That was great, Riku!" Sora panted, hugging him tightly. "How did you get so brave."

Riku shrugged. "I guess I was just sick of them picking on us, is all."

"But they only ever picked on me," Sora said slowly, watching him with a curious look.

He turned away, his face an embarrassing shade of pink. "I guess I was sick of them picking on you, seeing you come home all beat up and stuff, seeing you scared." He turned around, and gave Sora a serious look. "It hurts, right here," he added, indicating his chest.

This confused Sora. "But they don't hit you," he protested, "Why does it hurt you?"

Riku puzzled this for a moment, thinking it over carefully, then he grinned. "Cause you're my Sora, and I don't let my stuff get messed up."

"No, silly," Sora giggled. "I'm my mommy's."

Riku scowled, as much as he hated his things getting messed up, he hated sharing more. "No, you're not. You can be your mommy's kid, but you're mySora, and no one can change that. If it makes you feel better, I'll be your Riku." Sora pondered this for a moment, before nodding his head in agreement. From that day on, Sora was Riku, and only Riku's Sora, and Riku was still Sora, and only Sora's Riku.

And Riku still hates sharing.

Yup-yup! There was my pathetic attempt at SoRiku! :D Was it wonderful, or horrible? I can never tell, so leave me a review! You can flame if you wish, but I'll just sic Demy on them Heh heh heh.
