Disclaimer: I don't own KH2, Xemnas, or Roxas. Oh. And sorry if this sucks beyond all reason.

Xemnas had recently caught word of an ongoing joke amongst the members of Organization XIII, and although he hadn't a clue as to whom the jokes were started by, he was determined to stop them.

Sure, the Organization wasn't nearly as active as it had been, Xemnas had mused time and time again, but there had to be better things to do than start crude jokes! There was an entire city in The World That Never Was!

Xemnas constantly told himself that his men on the "inside" would tip him off about who that rumor-starter was, who was telling all the jokes, Xemnas had asevere punishment to in mind.

Of course, Xemnas' "men on the inside" ultimately translated to "Saix and Vexen" and "severe punishment" really meant "stern talking to." Xemnas liked to tell himself that this would be this would be the most effective way to discipline the offending member of his Organization.

Xemnas, vaguely remembering this happening in the past, immediately went to what he supposed was the offender; Xaldin.

Of course, Xaldin had no part in any sort of rumor spread, but made sure to set his Superior straight on who definitely wasn't committing said crimes.

After a long day of hunting down potential suspects –eleven in all- Xemnas came to stand in front of the quarters of the Organization's latest member.

It took all of Roxas' sheer will to not laugh when Xemnas put his hands on his hips, the whole situation suddenly becoming unbearably hilarious. But it was only after Xemnas said what he had to say that Roxas finally lost all his self control.

"I told you, XIII. It's lip balm not lipstick."

The stern talking to completely wiped out of his system, Xemnas retreated to his quarters in hopes of coming to terms with the overall humiliation he'd suffered while confronting XIII about his overall behavior. The laughter alone should have been enough to break Xemnas' spirits. But Organization XIII's Superior, ever the fighter, took this as a challenge; if he was going to control the world he should at least be able to keep his own Organization XIII in check.

Xemnas figured he needed a little more experience before he attempted to rule the worlds.
