Chapter 1: Spider-Girl vs Batgirl

Is the morning of 8:00 pm, on Saturday. Anya Corazon dressed as Spider-Girl to patrols in New York City to see there's any criminal activity. She web swing hooks to building to building right until the police having a car chase with the thugs. Spider-Girl swing down and land on the roof of the car, "Spider-Girl's on the roof." the thug yelled.
They try to get rid of her. But she dodged and disarmed any thugs and stopped the car by webbing them on track. The police thank Spider-Girl for the assistance. After she left and swung there's any trouble, she saw a portal open and it was a young woman dressed in a bat suit and her hair is shown.
Batgirl uses her gilder wings to pull herself up to the rooftop and Spider-Girl swings up higher enough and lands in front of her. "Who are you?" Batgirl asked the superhero.
"I'm Spider-Girl, What's yours?" Spider-Girl said..
"My name is Batgirl." Batgirl responded as both shake hands. However, they felt that the two dimensions are collide. Batgirl step back and throws the batarang at Spider-Girl. She evades all the batarangs are coming at her easily.
"Hey take it easy, kid. There's no need to throw bat toys at people." Spider-Girl said. Batgirl ran and landed a punch, but Spider-Girl's spider sense buzzed off which she dodged the hit as Batgirl tried to hit and Spider-Girl keeps dodging the attacks.
Spider-Girl leaps towards and tries to strike the punches on Batgirl. Batgirl dodgers some of the punches and manages to block some, too. Batgirl was counter attack which Spider-Girl see that and dodged it and slides behind her. Spider-Girl webbed Batgirl's feets and landed a punch and sweep kick to her anikes and delivered another kick to the gut.
Batgirl caught her to the anikes and trip her to the ground and set a trap for her, Spider-Girl run off the roof and swing after her. She didn't see her until look to the left and Batgirl deliver the kick in mid-air, but Spider-Girl dodged and swing her to the another rooftop.
Batgirl flip back and throw four of batarangs at the spider-theme hero, she dodges them and shoots a web ball at the Batgirl. She put out a grapple hook and caught Spider-Girl off guard and deliver several strikes and sent her flying towards the wall. As she grab the rope and attempt to throw Spider-Girl off the roof and Spider-Girl shoot two line to sticky and both have free fighting falling. Spider-Girl took two punches to the bat theme girl's face until she caught the fist and punch the spider-theme female to the guts. Before Batgirl could finish by deliver the finally blow, Spider-Girl dodged it and took several punches and enveloped her web into Batgirl's body, throwing Batgirl so hard on the ground and defeated unconscious.
Spider-Girl looked at the defeated Batgirl before the portal up there where the rooftop at. She webbed Batgirl and throw her up to the portal. "You'll going back to where you came from?" After that, Spider-Girl swing across the city in case some of the individuals are coming out of nowhere.

Well, here we are. The first chapter that I was thinking about making a new first one on one fight with Marvel and DC crossover series, one fighter can win by defeated one and another in combat. However, who will win to save the fate of the worlds.
