-K'un-Lun, General POV-

Hope spoke, "Actually, uh, what's the plan?"

Everyone turned to Captain America "Cap?"

He stayed silent and closed his eyes

"Is there a plan?" Hope asked

"Umm… isn't there an obvious plan?" Luke asked them.

"What are you talking about runt?" Logan asks

"They now know if one of them lose, the others will gain more power, so if we just make them fight amongst each other, we only have to take down one of them,"

"Great plan, except, the last one standing will be an all-powerful flaming bird and mop the floor with us," Rulk said

"Well then, it's a good thing I brought this with me," Luke shows them the Excalibur,

Iron Man was the first to notice what it truly was "It might actually work," he said

"Care to explain it to the rest of us?" The Thing asked

"This sword belonged to King Arthur himself, Excalibur, it is capable of killing anyone, including Gods, Immortals, and Spirits." Strange[1] said "You must have some magical talent if it accepted you as its wielder,"

"Wait- you weren't even able to kill Namor with this, how will you kill someone 5 times as powerful?" Rulk asked

"I just need to catch the Phoenix by surprise, and either cut off the head or stab a vital spot…" Luke reasoned

"It sounds like a plan, but wouldn't it be better to give the sword to Thor," Iron Man asked only for Thor to refuse

"Nay friend Stark, my Might is too well known to catch the Dark Phoenix by surprise," Thor said

"I have protection against telepathy, which will make it harder for them to notice me," Luke added

"Thor is right, he will be one of the few the Phoenix have concerns with… the ones it will focus on... Our big guns… they will pull Dark Phoenix's focus long enough for Star Force to deliver the finishing blow," Captain said, ignoring Luke.

"Hold up Rogers, the kid is not doing anything like that! I opened the Jean Grey's School for a reason! It is to make sure kids don't have to do crap like this!" Wolverine screamed at Cap

"Professor Logan, with all due respect, if I don't do this, everyone will die," Luke said, getting everyone silent until Spidey broke it.

"Was I the only one who got goose-bumps when he called Wolverine 'Professor Logan'? Come on, be honest," Spidey said

-8 Days Later, Spider-Man's POV-

Why was I here again?

Oh, I was getting my ass kicked cause the Thing, and few others got captured, and when we went to save them Colossus and Magik showed up.

And being the idiot I am, I told the others to run. Great idea, Pete, I'm sure you can slow down two Cosmic Beings.

The last blow was too hard for me… I can't move anymore… I can barely hear what these two are talking about… I think they are fighting… Maybe I should do what I do best, annoy them until they lose...

"C'mon guys, let's keep this civil." I say, only for Colossus hits me with a blast that broke any bone in my body that wasn't already broken, but I ignored the pain "All this fighting between Brother and Sister is just soo *cough* so unseemly. You guys gotta learn to get along. After all, you both know what would happen to all that power if one of you was to fall, right? I'm sure neither of you wants to see that." I said and it got the wanted result they attacked each other and the explosion

I somehow survived the explosion, and picked myself up, I walked until I saw a walking American Flag. "They took each other down. I think I… might have helped a bit. Did I… Did I do good, uncle Ben?" I then fell unconscious knowing that their power just went to the other two.

-Scene Change K'un Lun-

While Hope was training with Iron Fist[2] (Iron Fist's Chi works against the Phoenix) the entire K'un Lun bright up as if the Sun came closer to the Earth.

"What in the world is that?" Hope asked

"That is what it looks like when someone tears their way through dimensions. I am sorry, Hope. I truly am." Iron Fist said

"Sorry, what do you… Oh, God…" Hope said as she saw who was standing in the middle of the Sun.

"I am sorry we will never get to finish your training," Iron Fist apologized

"Hope! Time to come home," Cyclops said, he was more powerful than ever, "Playtime is over. Time to face Destiny, Hope.

Luke who was practicing with his sword saw Cyclops firing an optic blast at Hope, Luke pushed her away with his gravity powers.

And then Luke rushed at him with the Excalibur, but Cyclops raised his hand and stopped him, as well as crushed Iron Fist "Foolish child, why are you standing against me? Don't you see, I'm trying to save our species here!"

"Are you? Or is the Phoenix controlling you?" Luke asked "Turning you into a fascist,"

"He is right Summers… Or are you too blind to see it" Hawkeye[3] said as he pointed his arrow at him, next to him were Thor and Ben Grimm

"Time to pay for your crimes stripling!" Thor beloved

"What Blondie's tryin' ta say is-" Ben couldn't finish what he was saying because a gigantic optic blast knocked them, he then sent Luke flying with the swipe of his hand. Knocking him out.

During this time Hope had run to Shao Lao (Dragon), the source of Iron Fist's power, hoping it would hurt Summers, and it did. Only just as much as a paper cut does, and then easily defeats the dragon.

She then found Wanda, but even her power wasn't enough against the new and improved Phoenix Cyclops, but in a moment of anger, Hope accessed Scarlet Witch's powers and punched Cyclops to the moon with a Chaos Fist.

"Whoa… What did I just do?" she asks "Where did Cyclops go?"

-The Moon, Cyclops' POV-

I need more power…

I need her...

I went to Utopia and talked with Emma.

She knew why I came to her,

But then I felt something,

Something bugging in my head.

It was HIM.

I flew to where he was.

And there he stood, Charles Xavier, my old mentor. "It's over, Scott. You need help, and I will help you. I will help you in any way I can." he said

"How dare you, Charles!" I shouted

"I'm not going to argue with you… I'm shutting you down," he said

"You don't have the power," I said

"I do Scott," he said and the Avengers showed up

Xavier then tried to invade my mind

"How could you do this to us, Xavier?! You've betrayed your people! You've betrayed all of us!" I screamed and sent an optic blast, but the blasted Captain America blocked it at the last second, and returned my blast back "Aagh!"

"You're forcing me to do something I don't want to do, Charles!" I said, but the Mutant Anti-Christ attacked me with her Chaos Magic.

"Stand down, Scott! I mean it!" Xavier said as he continued to try to invade my mind, but it was for naught

"If you could have stopped me you would have!" I said as I was covered in phoenix's aura, I wouldn't hold back anymore

But then Magneto showed up "What are you doing here?" I asked

"You don't want to take it this far, Scott. I brought Xavier here," he said

"You?" I asked

"Listen to me Scott-" he tried to say

"No you listen, they are here to kill us!" I told him

"Scott, listen…" he tried to defy me once more

"You of all people… What good are you?" I said as I burned him with the power of the Phoenix

The witch ran to her father and blasted me once more, and then that blasted Thunder God showed up, I sent him flying with the swipe of my hand, But then Hawkeye shot me, ME with an arrow!

I took the arrow and showed it to my old mentor "You see that, Xavier? They're trying to assassinate us! This is who you side with!"

Then Bobby attacked me "Not us, YOU! It's just you everyone is sick of. Damn you, Summers!"

"We're done here, Scott. I blame myself. I put you on this path." Xavier said as he once again tried to get into my head "When you wake, hopefully, you won't have any-"

"I told you to get out of my head," I screamed and kicked him out of my head, and Xavier fell down,

It looked like we- I was about to lose, so I did what I must "I'm sorry, Emma" I attacked Emma and took her portion of the Phoenix, and I started my rebirth

"Scott, look around you, I'm begging you, son, stop this now," Xavier begged me

"You are not my father," I said

"That is ENOUGH!" he said

"It is," I said and killed him with a phoenix blast "Why? Why did you make me do this? Why couldn't you leave it alone?" I asked them,

And then Wolverine flew towards him and I destroyed half of his body with just a thought.

"I am Fire And Life Incarnate! Now And Forever - I AM PHOENIX!" I said as my rebirth was complete.

-Luke's POV-

Where- where am I?

What- what happened?

The last thing I remember is Cyclops, blasting me away.

And now, I could literally feel the earth-shaking, is- is that raining down,

Is this the end of the world?

NO!

I have the Excalibur, I- I can end this, I can end him.

I flew to where Captain America and others were, when I got there, most of the Avengers laid there defeated.

The Dark Phoenix Cyclops was fighting against Hope who was wielding the Iron Fist now and Scarlet Witch with her Chaos Magic, he was actually being pushed back, I jumped into the fight and quickly stabbed him in the Heart.

Seeing its host about to die, the Phoenix left the body of Cyclops, and rather than entering its primary host, Hope, it entered to the one who delivered the finishing blow to its last host, me.

This- this much power was unbelievable… It was- it was far beyond any mortal men should have. The Phoenix was telling me I was a Light, one of her children, it was telling me to wield her power to destroy the world and rebuild it in our image…

I use all my willpower to not listen to the first part, to focus on the second part… rebuild...

I flew off, fixing the damage Dark Phoenix Cyclops had done, once I was done, I channeled the power of the Phoenix through the Excalibur and healed anyone injured in the aftermath of the attack, even the nearly dead Cyclops.

This action also accidentally led to the reawakening of any X-Gene deactivated in M-Day, that is if the ex-mutant in question genuinely wanted his or her power back.

It all seemed good...

But there was one problem… the more I used this cosmic power, the more people started to look like ants to me.

When I returned to where Avengers and X-Men were, they saw me in a White Phoenix Suit.

"Hear me, Avengers and X-Men. No longer am I the man you knew. I am fire and life incarnate now, and forever… I AM PHOENIX" I said, but it wasn't me who spoke, it was her. The Phoenix

Nobody moved an inch, waiting to see what I was going to do, worried that they just traded one Dark Phoenix, for another.
