Kibble scribble: okay admission time. I had not expected nearly as much response for the first chapter as it got. When writing that chapter I also had not actually decided who Bells mother was, though I had it stuck between lucifer and justice. Honestly the idea had just came to me, so I had a lot of things just not decided upon or simply upon the air. With the response it got however, I knew I needed to change that, and oh boy was that a brainstorm and half.

Honestly it still boggles my mind a bit with how much response this offkilter idea, but that means I can have with it.

And of course, that leads to this, the second chapter. A thing that took a while to male, as I finished it, then realized I had basically one thing happening and didn't like its speed. So I kept adding more until it came to this point. I have no idea when its next chapter will appear as I just around for my updates, but hope you like the continuation of this madness!

Bell opened his eyes to find the ceiling above him an unrecognized white sheet. It looked like it was made of formed stone instead of wood but looked to swirled to be stone and was speckled and scored strangely.

Very slowly Bell moved his hands, finding that he was on a bed with covers over him, and carefully checked his body for injuries. When he found none he slowly sat up in the bed and looked around, finding it even strange than the ceiling.

The walls were smooth and cream colored while the floor was a dark red carpet. The room itself was shaped like a large L, larger than any bedroom he had ever seen. At the wall beyond the foot of the bed were a pair of sliding doors, and to his left against the wall was what appeared to be a desk of some kind, made of what looked to a carved slab of dark stone. Everything was illuminated by a fixture of some kind that looked like it was surrounding a lamp in the ceiling, but it was so high up bell could see no way to light or unlight it.

Just as Bell pushed the covers off of himself and put his legs over the side of the bed he heard a click and the door to the room opened and a woman came in. She was decently tall and had a very well shaped body. Her body was clothed in black pants and a black long sleeved dress shirt with a red tie and her shoes were a dark red but looked made of leather. What was truly worrisome was that her hair was white, her eyes red, and a pair of twin black horns came out up from the sides of her head just behind her ears.

She stepped into the room, nudging the door closer behind her, then noticed Bell and smiled. "Oh good you're awake! Guess I don't need these now," she said as she stepped up to the desk and placed the tray she was carrying in her hands on it before pulling the chair away from the desk and sitting in it, crossing her legs as she leaned back. "So, how do you feel?"

"Uh, fine, I think," Bell said uncertainly, his eyes locked on the fact that the woman had horns, and that meant they were likely a demon.

"That's good then, sometimes people have negative effects with their first time going through a hellgate. Nausea, muscle cramps, that sort of thing. Last for days and is not fun, so you're lucky you aren't showing any of the signs," she said with a smile that somehow Bell knew was honest.

It struck Bell as odd, and he found himself leaning back on the bed a bit, almost tempted to crawl fully back just to be further away.

"You don't trust me huh?" the demon asked with a smirk that held a tiny bit of sadness in it, confusing Bell even further.

"you're a demon, why would I trust you?" Bell remarked.

"Well, there are a few reasons. Demons can't actually lie is a good one, but i think the best one would that were family after all, Right Bell?" she said with a smile.

"That's not possible you're a demon," Bell said seriously. "And how do you know my name?"

"Well technically were both half demons, your other sisters and I just take after our respective mothers more than after father like you do. As for how I know your name, I am your older sister, and I was there when you were born after all!" the demon said before her smile lessened somewhat. "Ah, I suppose this is our first time meeting that you would recall then considering how old you were when taken, huh?"

"I, I don't know you," Bell said nervously. "And I still don't believe what was said about that guy being my father."

"Well obviously. Fourteen years and then you are told you have a family you never knew, anyone would be uncertain about that. I'm sure meeting your mum will help with that though, but for now let's do this right," the demon said as she stood up and came over to the bed, offering a hand to Bell. "My name is Honor, good to have you back little brother!"

Bell looked Honors hand. "I'm not going to like, sell my soul if I shake your hand, am I?" he asked carefully, knowing it would be impolite not to shake when she had introduced herself.

"Nope. Contracts are not even close to that simple," Honor explained before smirking. "Besides, your part demon so you are immune to them anyway."

"That can't be. I'm not a demon, " Bella said again.

"Not so easy huh?" Honor said with a small chuckle as she lowered her hand. "Your mother will want to prove it to you, but I could prove it now if you like?"

"What?"

"I can prove you are part demon. It wouldn't really hurt or cause any problems. Would you, like to try?" Honor asked.

"Try to prove that I'm a demon? " Bell asked a bit incredulously.

"Or if you are not, if you believe that," Honor said with a smile. "Would you like to see?"

Bell was silent as he very slowly nodded. "how?"

"I offer you a deal of day of service, for your being able to control water. Do you accept this contract?" Honor said as she held out her hand to Bell again. "If you accept and are fully human, you will gain that power, if you are not fully human, there will a little blast of hellfire when you try to shake my hand. It is harmless this case and is simply an effect that the says contract was nullified by lack of acceptability."

Bell looked at Honors hand and felt a pit forming in his stomach. He could prove he wasn't a demon but, what if he couldn't? What if, it said the opposite? What would it mean for him if it said he wasn't really completely human?

Very slowly, Bell moved his hand and took Honors. In that same instant his hand was just away and as a burst of brimstone and smoke appeared between their hands. He looked at it as it disappeared and then looked up at Honor.

She smiled softly. "If that isn't enough proof I'm sure father and your mother can give more proof, and there's proof other places in the house too."

"Proof?"

"Pictures," Honor said with a smile. "Though yours are only baby pictures I suppose. Do you want to see them?"

"I, uh, that's, . . . .i don't know, " Bell admitted.

"That's fine," Honor said, much to Bells surprise. "This whole situation is probably pretty weird for you. Our father just appears, tells you we all exist and drags you off. It's not something really normal, and its normal to be confused you know."

". . . Why, are you telling me this?" Bell asked.

Honor smiled. "The man who raised you, he raised you alone right?"

"Yes."

"no siblings or anyone around your own age who you were close to?"

"no."

"Well then you will probably find things a bit odd for a while," Honor said as she turned and stepped over to the door before turning back to Bell. "All of us are half siblings technically, but we are pretty tight knit, so you'll probably be shocked by how close we are all, and how close the others might get to you."

"I, don't understand,"

"lets just say all of us are very close and everyone will probably be the same way toward you when they see you," Honor stated. "As a whole family of women, getting close to each other is pretty normal so I would be aware that they will get very close to you."

"Um, like how those two did?" Bell asked, cheeks flushing red as he recalled how they had pressed their upper bodies against him.

"Two? Oh Orthros. Yes, but maybe not in the same way," Honor said simply. "Now, since your awake I need to tell your mother but, do you want to come down with me, or wait here? Or possibly come down after?"

"Um, do I have to?" Bell asked.

"It is your choice. Though I think it would be best to come down with me. I should be able to stop someone from catapulting themselves at you. At least until father takes control of the situation," Honor admitted as she opened the door without looking at it. "You might want to put a shirt on, otherwise our aunt will be staring at those nice pecs."

Bell looked down, noting that he was shirtless and nodded shallowly. "Alright, I, I'll be right out if you are willing to wait."

"No problem, I'll be outside. I think father had the wardrobe stocked," Honor said with a wave as she left the room and lost the door behind her, though Bell did not hear it latch.

Bell sat on the bed for a few moments, letting his mind both simmer on what he had just possibly learned, and getting his heart to calm down. If what Honor said was true, it was now prove that he was a demon, even if just partly one. Of course, if she was lying that could be all a trick. But she said demons could not lie, but that in itself could be a lie. But at the same time her name was Honor, and somehow felt that she wouldn't lie.

"Uh, this is complicated," Bell muttered to himself as he slowly got up off the bed and walked over to the closet. Upon opening it he found it could be walked into, with racks for clothing to the sides empty, and a wardrobe in the back.

Opening the wardrobe Bell found pants, jackets, shirts, even underwear, socks and shoes. He also noticed that everything was either black, white, or red. Why were there no other colors?

With a sigh he grabbed a white shirt and donned it before heading to the door and opening it, finding Honor leaning against the opposite wall between two doors. The doors had what looked to be black metal plates on them with writing, but it was not a script that Bell recognized.

"You take after dad, white looks good on you," Honor commented with a grin. "So, ready to meet the rest of the family?"

"No. I'm still not sure if I even believe any of this," Bell admitted.

"But?" Honor asked with a knowing look.

"But I won't get anywhere ignoring it. If I want answers I have to move forward."

"Not a bad way to look at it," Honor said with a nod. "So, shall we?"

Bell, noting that the room he came out of was at the end of the hall, looked down the hall to where it turned into Stairs that went down after quiet a distance. It told him that all the rooms down the all were likely as large as the one he had woken up in. He could hear noise that was almost familiar, sounding like those he would hear sometimes from the homes of large families in the village he grew up in. Finally he looked to Honor and nodded. "okay I, think I am as ready as I can be,"

"good, then let's go," Honor said as she started towards the stairs, prompting Bell to follow.

Heading down the stairs bell was not sure what he was expecting to see, but the scene that appeared before as he came down the stairs was certainly not it. The room was expansive, easily larger than the size of the hostess of Fertility's main floor room. The red shag carpet that was in the room and hall crept down the stairs and covered the whole floor like a sheet of red grass. On the ,left was were a pair of large window like objects that seemed to be showing images like a crystal was supposed to be able to and in front of it were were six couches arranged in ovals in front of the objects. Other couches were over the room out in the open and against the walls seemingly at random.

Of course the furniture was not surprising at all when compared to the gaggle of girls that were all over the room, some sitting on couches, while others were laying on them in a variety of ways that seemed strange. All of them had white hair and Bell gathered they all had red eyes as well, somehow just knowing it. Their clothes all had a similar refined yet casual feel to them, but the differences between them, horn shapes, hair styles, made it possible to differentiate between them if he knew their names.

As Bell followed Honor down the rest of the stairs one of them creaked, prompting one of the demon girls to speak up while turning her head to the stairs. " Yo, Honor I took your place since you were taking so long, I take it prince charming is," the demon girl in question stopped talking as she noticed Bell coming down behind Honor. She was dead silent her face an expression that Bell could not quite place, and her silence caused the others in the room to turn and look as well. In barely a minute the whole room was silent except for the odd noises coming from the two glass panes on the wall, the most prominent one that Bell could understand being something saying the word game over.

"No, he's awake. Had no problems from the Hellgate upon waking either," Honor said with a grin, before suddenly pointing at the two demons girls that Bell instantly recognized as the ones that had grabbed him before, both looking like they were about to leap off the ground toward him. "Stay! No one goes at him till this mother sees him at the very least. Got it?"

"That is fair. I'll keep Orthros at bay," one demon girl who had glasses said as she reached over and grabbed the two girls collars.

"Thanks Vassago," Honor said as she turned to Bell and pointed to the right wall where a window could show what was maybe a kitchen if the sound of sizzling coming out of the two doors to either side was anything to go by. "This way, c'mon."

"Uh, R-right," Bell said uncertainly as he followed honor, trying to ignored a muttered comment about him being cute from one of the demon girls now behind him.

Entering in through the doorway to the kitchen Bell noticed a number of things that surprised him. The first thing was the smell, that of herbs and spices that tickled his nose and appetite. Smells that were both familiar and exotic, while being totally strange yet inviting.

The second thing he noticed was the occupants of the kitchen. The Helltaker was in front of some kind of stove, cooking with a large metal bowl of some kind, an apron over his front. Beside him also using the stove for something was a demon woman with glasses who was snickering to herself, while further down on the counter was a demon woman in a short skirt who was rolling some kind of pastry, her very large chest getting dusted with flour from the work in a way that was likely far more erotic than anyone else could make it.

In the centre of the kitchen there was a large countertop covered in books where a demon woman in dark glasses and another with dark grey skin and skimpy clothing were looking over one of the book and scribbling notes. At the other end of the same table, which may have actually been a countertop of some kind, sat the most formally dressed woman Bell had ever seen, one hand cradling a glass of red liquid, while the other held a pen that was making marks in a book.

Then finally, much to Bells surprise, at the far end of the kitchen by a large sink was a demon woman holding a glass bottle who looked utterly done with everything, talking with a woman in a pure white outfit with a ring of golden light over her head as if it was perfectly normal. They looked like an angel, but what was an angel doing speaking to a demon?

"Father, our Brother is awake," Honor said, causing everyone in the kitchen, none of whom had noticed them enter, to perk up.

"Good, can you bring him-," The Helltaker began to say as he turned his head, then seeing Honor and Bell standing there. He then smiled. "On top of things as always. Thanks for bringing your brother down Honor."

"No problem, I figured you'd want to talk to him once he woke up," Honor said with a shrug before she turned to leave the kitchen. "I'll go make sure our sisters don't burst in."

"Good plan," the demon woman in dark glasses said with a smile, seeming to make Honor beam before she rushed out of the kitchen with a smile on her face.

"Hm, so, how you feeling Bell?" The Helltaker asked casually as he turned to face him with a smile.

"Um, I guess I'm physically fine, but-" Bell stopped as the most formally dressed demon woman suddenly stood up, another catching her glass as it fell from her hands. She then stormed around the counter right up to Bell, her eyes wide and never moving from him, and the hugged him with both arms wrapped firmly around him.

"Finally, after almost fifteen years. You are back," She said quietly sounding like she would cry.

It caught Bell totally by surprise. Demons were supposed to be evil creatures that spread hate and violence, that aimed for the destruction of all things good in the world. That was what was generally accepted as he knew it. Evil creatures were not supposed to feel anything but hate and enjoyment in others suffering.

So why, how, could a demon be seeming so emotional if they were not supposed to be able to feel such emotions?

And why was he feeling some kind of warm happy feeling welling up within himself from being hugged by this woman?

"Wait, um, this is, um-"

"Just don't move. Just for a bit, just a bit more," The demon woman said as she held him tighter.

"You can't really blame her," the Demon woman in dark glasses said with a smile, causing the dark skinned one to nod.

"Of course not, any mother would be overcome to see their child after having been kept from them for such a time!"

"Wait, your saying-" Bell began to say as the feelings in his chest seemed to go crazy. A part or him didn't want to believe anything that was said, still wanted to say it was a lie that be had parents one of whom was a demon of all things. Yet even though he could never recall knowing such a person, his body wanted to hug her back. Her smell was familiar in a way he could not understand, and somehow just being hugged made him feel so much safer than he ever had before felt.

"Yes Bell, that is your mother," The Helltaker said with a smile as the Demon woman behind him took over what he had been doing on the stove. "The Queen of Hell, Lucifer."

Bell felt his eyes go wide involuntarily. The Queen of hell. The Queen. Queen. "R-royalty?!" He finally said in complete and utter shock and horror. He didn't know the first thing of how the royalty acted!

"The Queen of Hell is a title stating that the one who holds it is the highest ranking demon of hell. Hell is not a monarchy, and the title is not hereditary . There is a tournament for the position every two hundred and fifty years, " The Demon woman with glasses explained perfectly before smirking. "Though lucifer has held the little solidly for three terms now."

"Beelzebub is the only one that ever worries me in that tournament," Lucifer stated before finally letting go of Bell and taking a step back, smiling. "You have no idea how long I have been wanting to do that, and it is so good for you to be home finally!"

"But this is, I mean, are you really-" Bell tried to say, only to be interrupted by a door at the back or the room that he had not noticed swinging open and snacking wall.

"I'm back with the groceries!" a girl in a white outfit with a halo of grey light above her head said happily as she stepped inside and set down two large cloth bags in the floor in front of her. "They were out if the regular soy sauce so I got the lower salt one and-" she stopped talking when she noticed Bell. "Oh, did I interrupt?"

"No you are fine Tamiel," Lucifer said simply as she looked down at the bags on the floor.

"Right, floor, sorry!" Tamiel exclaimed as she picked up the bags and brought them over, placing them on the counter.

"You could at least let me glare at my own daughter ," the white garbed woman said with a grin at Lucifer before turning to the one who was apparently her daughter. "could you go tell your sisters to set up the table, Tamiel? dinner will be ready in a few minutes."

"Okay!" she replied cheerfully as she headed to the door, stopped for a moment to smile at Bell, and then disappeared.

"Um, that was?" Bell asked curiously, thinking that she had kind of reminded her of Syr in a way.

"Tamiel, my daughter, and one of your sisters," the woman with the halo said with a smile.

"Um she, and you, are not um, I mean, you don't have, uh-"

"horns? Tails? Wings? Funny fuzzy ears?" She said with a smile that turned into a smirk that looked a bit devious. "Of course not, I am an angel after all d so is she!"

"But, aren't Angel's and demons supposed to be enemies?" Bell asked without thinking.

Someone snickered though Bell could not tell who.

"Azazel is a special case, but the relationship between angels and demons is not what most people think," The Helltaker spoke up with a soft smile. "You, your mother and I can speak in private after dinner, as I am sure you have questions, alright?"

Bell wanted to say otherwise, wanted answers sooner rather than later, but it that exact moment his stomach decided go voice its hunger. "Um, alright," he said in slight embarrassment with how loud his stomach had grumbled.

"Good, then let's this meal on the road, I'm sure everyone is hungry, and it would be the perfect time to introduce everyone to you," the demon woman with dark glasses said with a grin.

Bell felt a pit form in his stomach from worry.

Xxxxxxxx

Dinner, it turned out, was both more normal, and more crazy than Bell had expected. The food was something called Mexican, consisting of a variety of rice, beans, seared and cooked meats and other vegetables. The spicing and flavors were completely unknown to him, like nothing he had eaten before but he could not deny how tasty it was. It was what was more normal, as he had honestly expected live creatures and unmentionable horrors for the food as they were supposedly in hell.

What was crazy was just how big this supposed family was and how many were part of it. Eight wives to the Helltaker, his supposed father, and each of them had a daughter.

The demon woman with the dark glasses and the casual attitude was called Justice and was the mother of Honor.

The two girls that reminded Bell of Chienthropes were apparently the same person sharing multiple bodies among one soul. They were named Orthros, and were the daughter, or daughters, of three women all called Cerberus who apparently were the same, one soul sharing three bodies.

The demon woman with glasses who had looked irate before was named Pandemonica, and her daughter, the one from the living room with glasses who had held back Orthros was named Vassago. She seemed weirdly scholarly and more peppy than her mother.

Lilith was the daughter of Modeus, the demon woman who seemed like a walking mass of arousal, and she seemed to be staring at Bell any chance she got, her shirt and vest unbuttoned lower than anyone else's, showing more skin while still somehow being classy.

The alcoholic woman who looked done with everything around her was named Malina, and in contrast her daughter seemed very upbeat and happy yet not overbearing. Her clothing seemed slightly more casual than anyone else's, and her posture seemed to value comfort over anything else. Her name was Tanya.

The dark skinned Demon woman was named Judgment, and her daughter was named Alecto. Her skin was not so dark, paler than her mother's but with white hair. Her outfit was also more normal and less revealing, though it was still less formal looking than the others.

The last were the Angel's. Azazel was the mother, and seemed a little bit oddly inquisitive, while her daughter was Tamiel, and seemed exceedingly friendly while looking like a young version of her mother only with a grey halo.

There was supposed to be one more who was also supposed to be a full blooded sister to Bell named Asbeel, but she was the oldest and didn't live with the family anymore.

The next thing Bell discovered was that the ages between them all was far more spread out than he expected.

Asbeel was supposedly the oldest at thirty one. Honor was the second oldest and actually seemed her age of twenty six with Alecto coming after her at twenty four. Lilith and Vassago came next at twenty two and nineteen respectively, with Tamiel and Tanya coming next and, to bells surprise, being the same age as him. Oddly the youngest was Orthros at thirteen, with the explanation that animal type demons aged physically faster than others as the reason for her bodies, growth.

The rest of the meal was filled with questions and conversations. Many were the girls asking Bell question about where he had been, what kind of world it was and things like that. They all seemed to feel sorry for him when he described it, and the only time any truly angry expressions or tones came was when Bell had mentioned the gods and Falna. The Helltaker then changed the subject to others things, such as Bells upbringing and the cultures he knew compared to what they knew.

When the questions became so incessant that Bell couldn't actually eat anything the Helltaker and his wives took over, allowing Bell to ask a question and then doing their best to answer it in totality. The information he found out was interesting and completely different than what he thought too. Not only was hell not a Monarchy, but some kind of Oligarchy, but they were actually allied with heaven in some kind of form. Hell was not just a place of fire, but made up on many levels and layers, each with different environments, landscapes, and focuses. It turned out that there were dozens of kind of demons as well as thousands of jobs, very few of them apparently dealing with committing acts of evil against mortal kind, much to Bells surprise. In fact apparently the entire reason for hell was to keep up some kind of cosmos balance by tormenting and destroying the souls of people who died with negative Karma, something that Azazel explained was gained by committing bad deeds and sinful acts such as unjustified murder and other such crimes. Meaning hell only tormented those who were already evil, and did not trick people into being evil.

It was confusing, and it gave Bell more questions than answers. All of it did.

The end of the meal came quicker than Bell figured it would, even with all the questions being thrown around, and as soon as it was decided who of the girls would be in charge of the dishes, Lucifer and the Helltaker grabbed bell and led him to a room in the house that appeared to be a small office or meeting room of some kind with a long dark wood desk taking up the centre with large chairs lining all sides of it.

"Now that your sisters have had some of their curiosity sated, I am sure you have more questions that would not be said in public, right Bell?" the Helltaker said as he sat down on a chair as Lucifer did the same.

"Y-yes. I do," Bell said, happy that he could finally get some real answers.

"Then let us begin," Lucifer said before taking in a deep breath and looking straight at Bell. "You, don't believe I am your mother, do you?"

The way she said it, the pain evident, yet hidden, in her voice made it hard, but Bell nodded. "How could I? I lived my whole life with my grandfather," Bell began, turning his eyes to the Helltaker. "And then you appear out of nowhere, say you're my father, and drag me away from the life I knew in the middle of all that chaos! My friends and Goddess probably think I'm dead or being tortured right now!"

"I know you said you had one, but the idea of anyone being chained to one of those gods is, infuriating," Lucifer said with a sigh. "May I ask which of those abandonment fanatics you have a contract with?"

"Um, Goddess Hestia," Bell admitted.

Both the Helltaker and Lucifer both looked surprised, and then Lucifer almost looked relived. "I see. Then I take back my previous comment. She is one or the few that I would actually trust the word of."

"Why? And why did you call them-"

"Later, " Lucifer interupted with a sigh. "The issues we, and heaven, have with the gods is a very long and drawn out story and is best told at another time," Lucifer explained as she pulled out a long red jewel and placed it on the table. "Do you know what this is?"

"Uh, a magic stone?" Bell said, knowing he was probably wrong.

"This is a bloodline stone. When a woman drops her blood on it, as long as it is their families stone, it will gravitate and point its longest end toward anyone with their descending blood. Children, grandchildren, those sorts of thing. It is used to confirm or deny statements of bloodlines, as some families in hell and heaven are very particular about bloodlines. It's also useful to those who spend much time in the mortal realms and sire children there."

Bell looked at the stone for a few seconds as its meaning dawned on him. "You mean that you can use that to prove you are, my mother."

"Yes."

"Why should I trust you. It could be a lie," Bell said.

"No, that is impossible. Demons are incapable of lying," Lucifer stated as if it was fact as she took out a small knife and pricked the end of her left pinky, then holding it above the stone as a drop of blood came out and sat on her finger. "Are you ready?"

Bell had other questions ,but nodded.

Lucifer turned her finger, allowing the drop of blood to slide to the side, around, and off her finger, landing square atop the stone. The blood absorbed into the stone, forming black lines all across it as the stone started to spin, faster and faster making the lines a blur.

The it stopped in an instant, pointing directly at bell, the stones one end growing in length till it was as long as a finger and tipped with a needle like point.

"Does this prove your lineage? Or would you prefer to drop your own blood upon it and do the reverse?" Lucifer asked with a smug grin.

"There are also other ways to prove that you are a half demon," The Helltaker spoke up seriously. "One of the easiest is to form a contract with another, as demons cannot form them with other demons and-"

"I, saw that already. Honor wanted to prove it to me, and our hands created a little burst of embers," Bell said, uncertain how he felt. He had now seen two pieces of proof after all, and it was making him conflicted. On one hand he had a family, on the other, they were demons, yet also not what he expected demons to be. Then of course, there was his Goddess to consider.

"Well Honor does get things done. But you look conflicted. Could you tell us what is on your mind?" the Helltaker asked calmly.

"Well, I'm am," Bell admitted. "I was always told that demons were evil being that couldn't be trusted, but everything that his happening is against that. I'm also worried about my friends and Goddess Hestia. The idea of not seeing them again is, is, hard."

"You didn't tell him?" Lucifer suddenly asked, glancing at the Helltaker with a narrow gaze.

"Hermes was nearby, as were many others. If I dallied they could have made our escape more complicated.

"Ah, that is fair. Then we should make the situation clear," Lucifer said as she turned to Bell. "Bell, to make some things clear here, you are our son, but that does not mean we will control your whole life."

"We've been looking for you since that God took you because we wanted you to be raised right and know you had a family that cared for you," The Helltaker said before taking a breath. "Just like everyone else, when you are old enough you will of course be able to go out and live your own life, and there is nothing stopping you from going back to that world if you want to. You can even go back sooner on days when you are free if you would like."

"Though I think that should be spoken of later once you have settled and start learning things properly, instead of half assed like fantasy learning tends to be," Lucifer spoke up.

The Helltaker nodded. "I agree. We are not going to keep you here constantly as you do have people you care about, but all of us here care about you too, understand?"

Bell simply stared at them for a moment as the information sunk in. "So, I can go back to Orario? I'm not going to be stuck here forever?"

"Of course. No one should be chained down, but it only proper for children to live and be raised by their parents, with their families," The Helltaker said proudly.

"The fact that the Goddess Hestia is one of the few who actually still has a good reputation among heaven and hell helps too. If it was almost any other god you had been with I would be very much against it," Lucifer stated seriously as she moved hand up to her lips, then realized she hadn't brought a glass into the room with her.

"Um, why do you hate the gods so much?" Bell asked curiously.

"It is not just us, it is all of Hell, and heaven," Lucifer stated seriously.

"But the gods reside in heaven when not on the world, right?"

"Hardly," Lucifer said with a grimace. "It is a very long and complicated situation that would take hours for me to explain to you, and I am probably not the best to explain it as a teacher would be more skilled. Its something you could ask in the upcoming weeks I suppose."

"Enough of the gods for now," The Helltaker said as he turned to Bell. "I know it may be hard to understand and learn, suddenly finding out you have a whole big family would be hard, I get it, but Bell, can you try?"

Bell looked at the two of them and thought about it. Everything was so strange but no one had been mean or bad to him, in fact everyone had been nice, and even calm with him, taking time to explain things he hadn't understood during dinner. Even now they were not being hard on him, and both of them looked very hopeful towards him. He had a lot of proof, though he did want to find some more just to be sure. Even still, they, all of them, truly did believe he was part or their family, and it did not feel like a connection that could be easily faked. "I, I'm still not sure about all of this, but I can try."

"Thank you, that is all we can ask," Lucifer said with a pleased expression.

"Uh, I do have a question though. Who was the one that, uh, took me?" Bell asked, a little worried at what the answer could be.

"He never gave his name, and as some gods can shift their forms to some minor extent to hide features I cannot say for sure. But I believe it was Zeus," Lucifer said in a very irate tone.

Bell let out a sigh of relief. He didn't know much about many gods, but the stories he had heard painted Zeus as a large and muscular man who was the epitome of what a god could be. While he loved his grandpa, he couldn't really see him as such a important person.

"I'm sure you have other questions or things you will want to know, but they should probably wait. It is the evening, and everyone will need to get up early tomorrow, so you should probably head to sleep soon."

"What is happening tomorrow?" Bell asked curiously.

"Why school obviously," Lucifer said as if it was obvious.

Bell looked at them blankly. "Um, what is school?"
