Well this is an interesting crossover. I like it so far. It's fun and I like the idea of Bell finding a family of his own and how heartwarming him and his mum will be together in future family parts. Can't wait to see how you do with all of those sisters. Might be a bit tricky introducing all of them but you've got a good enough foundation for it.

Now I just wonder how you'll do with the other characters of Danmachi. It's nice to see right off the bat they aren't just going to hate Hestia. As a myth buff, she really did nothing wrong in her legend. Heck, she prominently kept herself away from the rest of her family because she didn't want to get involved in their shenanigans (or forcefully married or something worse). Course it makes me curious about the gods and their relationship with heaven and hell. Given how the latter two sorta just imposed themselves on the former's territory in our world, hopefully it won't just be them pointing fingers at the gods.

Though they have every right to be angry with Zeus for stealing Bell, even if he was an actually caring and loving grandpa. (After the fact of kidnapping in this world of course.) Wonder how things will go and I can't wait to see it.

Oh, they are SO evil, making Bell get a formal education. All of is going to be up in arms, especially the Hestia Familia and Ais.

So, I re-read the First Chapter, and I noticed that Liliruca was actually present!
Dunno how I missed that, so my complaint about that is null.

So, back to criticizing the chapter:
Not much actually. Grammar-wise, it's actually pretty good. Very few mistakes were made and it's all completely comprehensible.

For the characters in this chapter:
You portrayed the characters pretty well.
Bell is still in shock at the revelation and is skeptical if all of this is real, which is a pretty realistic reaction, but adding the additional things like Bell missing his friends and family is the thing that makes the interaction feel in-character.
Since we don't actually have much to get by with Lucifer's character since she only has a handful of lines, it's pretty swell all things considered.

For the story itself:
Honestly, the plot for this doesn't seem too special, but I am interested as to where it's going. Hestia being as likable in Hell is somehow surprising yet unsurprising.
The depiction of Hell here is pretty great. It doesn't go for the standard "Demons are the root of evil temptation" and instead depicts demons as only the punishers similar to older depictions of demons and Hell.

Overall, this chapter was great, I'm left with a lot of questions and it makes me want to see the next chapter.

I'm gonna be honest here. When I started reading, I was expecting some half-assed story but this was genuinely enjoyable to read. At no point did I stop to think:"Is that what they would really do?" and that's a very good thing.

I am really curious to see how you'll continue this story and where you'll take it in the chapters to come.

Hestia is actually trustworthy in Hell and Heaven? That's a surprise.

Great chapter. I like how you introduced everyone in Bell’s family, you also allowed Bell and me (because I haven’t played helltaker) to know more of how hell works, and all the family members descriptions and which daughter goes to which mother, it really helps imagining the characters or looking them up and pinning which is one is which.

I’m worried about Bell and how he survives his sisters due the one statement of keeping watch of them from Honor, it gives more a comedic feel which is nice, also when Bell doesn’t know what school is helps with that too. Can’t wait for the next chapter. :)

I don't blame Bell's sisters for wanting to jump him. He really is that cute! Good thing the parents were there to prevent them from overwhelming him.

A shame Asbeel isn't there but I'm sure Bell will meet his full blooded sister some day.

I don't know why but the thought that Bell literally has no idea what "school" is makes me laugh. Lilith was right, fantasy learning is "half assed"!

This was a nicely paced chapter slowly introducing Bell's family, answering some questions, and creating more intrigue with how apparently both Heaven and Hell despise the Gods. And of course, what sort of antics Bell will have to deal with now that he will be going to school for the first time.

I’m too very intrigued with how the story will play out. I haven’t played or seen anything about helltaker until now but I’m very interested by your new story.

But where are Liliruca and Welf? Why aren't they presents?

I like the concept of there being a supernatural reason for Bell's albino appearance. Being the son of the Demon King, with a large extended family who will dote on him? HELL yeah! Hope they teach him demon fire magic that makes his firebolt a match fire in comparison.

The phone conversation should be separated since it reading it was kind of hard with all the pauses in the dialogue.

Maybe try writing continuous dialogue as you would a script? it can help make the story more easier to read.
