Peace Town's local eatery, Mitsumori Diner.

Bomb Gunman and White Bomberman are sitting at the table, waiting for their food. It didn't take long for their new friend Kiddy to cause mischief by asking the employee for any kids meal toys.

"Hey, do you carry any toys?" Kiddy asked a red bomber, who is an employee of the diner. "Where's the toy display for this place?"

"I'm sorry, little one." The employee replied to Kiddy with a gentle tone to his voice, "Only the big-named restaurants carry them. We're an independent instablishment, that means we don't sell toys here."

"What?!" Kiddy shouted, "You don't carry toys at all?!"

"I'm afraid so," The employee finished, before turning his attention to his next customer. "Can i take your order?"

"Kiddy!" Bomberman scolded the 6-year-old, "Sit at the table! You're making a scene!"

"Not many food chains sell toys, you know." Gunman added.

Disappointed, Kiddy leaves the employee alone and sits at the table with Gunman and Bomberman. "They don't carry those marble shooting toys, either..." He thought.

"Speaking of toys, why did you leave your marbles on the ground?" Gunman asked Kiddy a question.

"I was playing with my marble shooting toys," Kiddy began, "And i went inside of the orphanage to find something to put them in. Before i went inside, i heard someone screaming."

"That would be me." Gunman guessed.

"Are you mad at me for breaking your back?" Kiddy frowned, fearing that Bomb Gunman was angry at him for breaking his back after slipping on the marbles.

"To be honest, my back's been achy for years due to sleeping on the floor so much, because Jasper wouldn't let me sleep on any bed at all. And no, Kiddy, I'm not mad at you." Gunman explained.

"You're not? But White was."

"Nope. Not at all." The blue bomber finished.

"Oh, thank goodness!" Kiddy cheered, "I was afraid that you were about to get angry at me for breaking your back!"

"Wait," Bomberman thought with his pupils shrinked, worried about Bomb Gunman's physical health during and after being held captive by Jasper and his men, "His back was hurting long before he met this kid?! Why didn't he say something to me about it?! I would've taken him to the Peace Town Hospital! I guess Jasper REALLY did hurt him after all, by not giving him a proper bed to sleep in!"

"Hey, our food's here!" Kiddy chirped as he saw another blue bomber except he has sleepy gray eyes, bringing a tray full of food to the trio.

"That waiter looks tired," Bomb Gunman thought, "I think he should go home and take a nap..."

"Here you go," Said the sleepy blue waiter, "That'll be $25."

Meanwhile, Jasper "Gunpowder" Jones and his outlaws are in the outskirts of Peace Town.

"Jas, no offense," The lower-ranked green bomber complained, "I know you said we shouldn't whine when we get to Peace Town, but i think you need a hobby..."

"I'll get one," Jasper retorted, "Once Bomb Gunman is out of the picture!"

"Do you think Gunman's death will change everything, besides setting a bad example for Duster? And maybe even Greis?"

"It'll make us happier. Duster will have his Block Pass back, and whatever money he has left, is mine! And Duster wants to take over the Bomber Nebula..." He lowered his voice, "That's way too advanced for his age..."

"Is it too late to back out, Moss?" Said Greis, who is unsure about the whole thing, "I'm scared..."

Moss Bomber replied gloomly, "As much as we want to back out, we need to keep an eye on Gunman to see if he can survive this..."

"Lighten up, Moss," Rose added, winking, "Gunny's going to be just fine... As long as Jasper doesn't shoot him first!"

"You're not making this situation any better, Rose," Greis finished.

"Well, there's no point in whining anymore," Jasper announced, as he and his fellow outlaws finally reached their destination. Peace Town. "Because, we're here."

"Well, this is it," Rose chirped, "Good ol' Peace Town!"

"I have a bad feeling about this..." Moss Bomber thought, knowing that all heck is going to break loose.

"Are you ready to get your Block Pass back?" Jasper said to Duster with a happy tone to his voice.

"Yep!" Duster cheered.

"Good," Jasper replied, "We got a World Bomber to get rid of..."

Back at the diner...

"Mr. Gunman," Kiddy asked Bomb Gunman a question while eating some bacon and eggs, "Have you ever heard of B-Daman?"

"No i haven't," Gunman replied while eating his bacon-and-egg sandwich, not knowing what it is, "What is B-Daman, anyway?"

Kiddy showed him a small, blue Bomberman figure with a marble on its chest, "B-Daman are marble shooting toys, and they're very popular in Planet Bomber! They even had a TV show featuring White and Black as the main characters!"

"B-Daman..." Bomberman added, "I almost forgot about them! I was even trying to find it on TV earlier!"

"That explains the marbles on the road earlier." Gunman took another bite of his sandwich.

The heroes are unaware that Duster has entered the diner, listening to their conversation, and is also looking for Bomb Gunman.

"Exactly! They're great toys! And i even customized some of them, too!" Kiddy smiled.

"Oh? You can customize B-Daman figures?" Bomberman chirped.

"Yep!" Kiddy replied, "I started customizing my figures when i found out the dark-purple bomber outlaw-what was his name again? Didn't have a figure."

"That would be Devil Slinger." The white bomber corrected.

"Oh, that's right! Devil Slinger!"

Then, Duster found them, with his eyes widened, focusing on his father's blue-clad enemy.

"Devil Slinger?" Gunman repeated, "His name sounds a lot better than Gunpowder Jones."

"Devil Slinger's name is better than my dad's?!" Duster thought angrily, "How DARE he say SUCH things!"

That did it. He went back outside and warned Jasper and the other outlaws about Bomb Gunman's current location, letting out yet another scream, "DAD! BOMB GUNMAN IS IN THE DINER!"
