In a void-like Realm stood the deities known as the Elder Gods who were currently in the middle of a conversation.

"we have all seen the future of the Realms and it is a future we cannot allow." One of the Elder Gods in concern.

"while I agree Fujin what can we do we are refrained from interfering in the affairs of mortals." another said.

"We still must do something to stop this future from happening there has to be a way." a third one said.

"might I suggest a possible solution." the fourth one said.

"What is this solution you speak of Cetrion?" Fujin questioned.

"do any of you remember a Realm known as the world of Pokemon?" Cetrion asked.

"Why yes it is the only Realm that neither Shao Kahn nor Shinnok could conquer why do you ask?" the first Elder God asked in curiosity.

"Well I have been observing the Realm and I have discovered an interesting individual." Cetrion said.

This catches their attention.

"And just who is this person you speak of?" the second God said.

Cetrion said nothing as she opens an inter-dimensional window which shows a young man with raven hair, wearing a hat with a weird ball symbol on it, and with zigzag marks on his cheeks.

"This one is known as Ash Ketchum a Pokemon Trainer from his Home of Pallet he is well known around his world and is quite accomplished." Cetrion said.

"I see and what has he done to have you believe that he could be the solution?" Fujin questioned.

"He has saved his world countless times in one case fulfilled an ancient legend he's risked his own life for both people and Pokemon." Cetrion explained.

"impressive but I suspect there is more to your reason." Fujin said.

Cetrion nodded.

"yes there is after carefully observing him throughout his journey I had discovered something interesting." Cetrion said.

"oh and what is that?" Fujin questioned.

"the boy is half Edenian." Cetrion said shocking her fellow Elder Gods.

"What! How is that possible!" The first God said.

"it is simple after some research into the boy's family history I discovered that a powerful Edenian Warrior managed to escape his Realm before Shao Kahn fully merged it with Outworld upon exiting the portal he found himself in the Pokemon world and fell in love with a human woman this is how the boy's bloodline began." Cetrion explained.

"I see and this Warrior what was his name? And does the boy know of his heritage?" Fujin questioned.

"I'm afraid that the Warrior's name has been lost to time and as for the boy he isn't aware of his heritage at least not yet however unknown to him he has already started to manifest his abilities." Cetrion said.

"I see so we will need to explain to him of his heritage and bestow him the proper knowledge of Kombat is he is to. Prevent this grim future." Fujin said.

"yes but I believe that he will be successful in this endeavor however I do believe that he will need assistance in his quest and I know who." Cetrion said.

"And who is that?" the third God questioned.

"the half Zaterran we've been watching for quite some time." Cetrion said.

This surprises her fellow Elder Gods.

"hmmm he has mastered most of his Zaterran abilities Kombat skills plus his presence could turn the tide into our favor yes I believe he's the perfect choice to aid young Ketchum in his mission." Fujin said with a smile.

"so are we all in agreement?" Cetrion questioned.

They all nod.

"then let us begin." she said.

Will Ash Ketchum really change the future or are all the Realms doomed to destruction tune in next time to find out.
