Ahsoka's Dare

Finally, they'd found time to relax. Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Ahsoka had decided to spend the day in Anakin's quarters. Currently, they were playing truth or dare (how Obi-Wan had let the pair of them rope him into this he had no idea), and things were getting interesting.

"Anakin, truth or dare?" Ahsoka challenged.

Anakin contemplated for a moment, then grinned recklessly and said, "Dare."

Ahsoka offered a grin of her own. "Alright...I dare you to kiss Obi-Wan."

Stunned silence. Obi-Wan's first thought was: Shit.

His second thought was: Does she know?

Obi-Wan exchanged a glance with his former apprentice-turned-secret-lover. Anakin looked unsure of what to do.

"Oh, just do it and get it over with, Anakin," Obi-Wan sighed. He hoped Anakin wouldn't try and take things too far. They couldn't risk anyone - not even Ahsoka - finding out about their secret relationship.

Anakin nodded, then shifted closer.

"Don't do anything stupid," Obi-Wan muttered under his breath. Anakin gave him that crooked smile that Obi-Wan loved so much, making the older Jedi's heart skip a beat.

"Come on!" Ahsoka complained. "Just do it already!"

"Little impatient, are we, Snips?" Anakin snarked. Obi-Wan sighed. Remind me again why I'm in love with him? he thought.

"Shut up and do it, Skyguy," Ahsoka replied.

Anakin gave Obi-Wan a look like, Are you ready?

Obi-Wan nodded once.

Anakin kissed him. It started as just a light kiss, and Obi-Wan fully expected Anakin to pull away after a few seconds. When he didn't, Obi-Wan wondered what he was up to now.

And then Anakin deepened the kiss. Obi-Wan gasped - he did realize that Ahsoka was watching, right? - and Anakin took it as an invitation to go deeper. Under other circumstances, Obi-Wan wouldn't mind, but now was not the time. Not while Ahsoka was still there watching.

Anakin!

As much as Obi-Wan loved the younger Jedi, sometimes he could be a real pain in the ass.

Possibly the worst part was that, for all that his mind was screaming at him that this was a very bad idea, he was enjoying it, and busy kissing Anakin back.

Finally Anakin pulled away, but that was mostly so they could both breathe. Naturally, the first word out of Obi-Wan's mouth was, "Anakin!"

"Wha-at?" Anakin teased.

Obi-Wan glared at his boyfriend. "You know perfectly well what."

"What, the kiss?" Anakin shrugged it off. "Snips knows."

"She - Anakin!"

By now, Ahsoka was dying with laughter.

"What? Obi-Wan, I'm not going to keep secrets from Ahsoka like that," Anakin said. "At least not secrets as big as that. I swore her to secrecy, don't worry."

"I'm not going to tell the Council, Master Obi-Wan," Ahsoka assured him. "I like you guys too much. Besides, you're cute together."

Obi-Wan relaxed a bit. He trusted Ahsoka.

"Still, you could have told me!" Obi-Wan said.

"Sorry, love," Anakin apologized. "Can we go back to enjoying ourselves now?"

Despite himself, Obi-Wan smiled. "Fine."

After Ahsoka left, Obi-Wan stayed behind with Anakin, who immediately kissed him.

"Anakin," sighed Obi-Wan.

"Yes?" Anakin teased.

"You're incorrigible, you know that?" Obi-Wan laughed.

"Yep. It's why you love me." Anakin kissed him again.

"That is not why! Oh, whatever, you don't listen to me anyway," Obi-Wan sighed fondly.

"Come on, don't we have more pressing matters to attend to?" Anakin teased.

Obi-Wan knew exactly what Anakin was implying. "Depends on your definition of pressing matters."

"You know what I want," Anakin said.

Obi-Wan initiated the kiss this time. "Yes. Yes, I do."

Ahsoka grinned, sneaking away through the air vents. She'd caught the whole thing on holovid, and couldn't wait to show Rex.

After all, he wasn't about to tell the Council, was he?
