I wrote this as a very short warm up as I may begin posting stories here soon. If I do I will be working closely with MadnessJones to make sure I am making something worth reading. So make sure to check out her large variety of stories including Toontown, Transformers, and FTL. Without her, I never would have posted this here. I did also post it on another site so if you find it at deviantart, that's also my profile so no I did not steal this. Last note: I am not terrific with grammar so there will probably be some punctuation errors and other minor mistakes. If this little short story gets some positive feedback it just might turn into a full fan fiction series.

The world around her bent and stretched like jello, the buildings, toon and cog alike, stretching above her head blotting out the sun periodically when it showed and squishing down into a bubbly pancake like state. She felt unable to walk, yet did so anyways with the road only flat in the immediate area around her creating a very distorted view of the place around her. The sun and moon spun around the day cycle within seconds making light and dark at a repeating schedule, heavily disorienting her.

Then she could just barely see it. There was a black figure in the distance watching her. She stumbled towards it, just barely able to keep her balance. She was in a haze, but still could think clearly... or she thought she could anyways.

"Come here... you... you... cog! Who are you?!" she shouted in a delusional anger, though she could not place why she felt automatic anger towards him, but whatever her reason, he did not respond to her, or even move. "Speak up!" She tried again to get him to react with the same result, he stood perfectly still, and she stumbled forward.

She loses her balance but luckily she was next to a light pole and she catches onto it with her right paw which for some reason began to throb in pain. Unable to take it, she lets go and falls flat on her face and looks up towards the cog. He was gone. Where did he go?

She stutters to make a sentence. "W-where are you!? She shrieks. "Face m-me like a real... cog!" She spots him again at the entrance of a toon building she couldn't make out the name of the business, but filled with determination she drags her body towards him, inch by inch. Each inch feeling like a mile and a mile worth of pain in her hands stacks on each time. She wasn't sure why her body was being this way, but her energy had run out and she feebly reaches a paw towards him in dismay only for her to give up and let it drop onto the ground.

She feels a tap on her shoulders and tries to look up, forgetting the cog in the distance, and, with great effort, she rolls over onto her back to see who did it. The moment she flips over she sees that black figure above her punch her right in the snout, apparently so hard she flies downwards through the ground, looking like a shattering glass window as she falls into darkness. Further and further away from the hole in the ground she fell and the cog just watched her fall. She could barely even see it at all after only a couple seconds of falling, but she knew it smiled.
