Long after the Cogs have been defeated, Toontown is a Utopia. Or at least it seems on the surface. When the Mayor's son-in-law goes missing, a fading Deputy is forced into action. What seems like a simple case turns into a nightmare. Navigating the twists and turns of an unseen world, will Deputy Skids be able to uncover the truth?

After all four of the Cog bosses are destroyed, the Chairman is furious. As he lays out his enormous retaliation project, the Anti-Toons are encouraged to cause as much havoc as they can to distract Toontown from the doings of the Cogs. When Daron, one of the most notorious Anti-Toons, becomes distracted by a certain toon, it threatens the entire operation.

It's Autumn in Toontown, and the residents are fixedly preparing for their next holiday, Halloween. Everything seems to be falling into place, but it will soon become clear that the hostilities between Cogs and Toons are threatening not only their livelihood, but also budding romances and relationships. Dash and Splinter...well mainly Dash weren't always stellar members of Toontown. After a plan gone wrong both are now banned from Toontown never to show their faces ever again. Dash, totally thinking this was pointless comes up with a even better plan that may almost cost the both of them their lives.
