DISCLAIMER: I do not own Hyperdimension Neptunia.
Enjoy!
Nepgear knew what she had to do.
Even if her sister was against it...
Even if everyone would try to stop her...
She had to do it.
No matter what.
...
...
...What did she have to do, again?
Nepgear stood in her workshop utterly confused, wondering what had just went through her mind. With no idea what was so important, she knew there was only one person who could help her at a time like this... "Author-san?" She softly spoke up, looking around. "What am I supposed to do?"
There was no response.
"Author-san? Author-san!" Nepgear tried calling out, but it was to no avail. The author had no idea either. "What was the point of writing this, then!?"
Like she was going to get a response on that one...
Nepgear sighed, turning back to the Electromagnetic Fusion Laser Rocket prototype she had been working on... Wait, the what? What does that thing even do!? She didn't know; she really, honestly, totally did not know. It wasn't her fault, either! It's the author's! The author is the one making this stuff up!
Or maybe... it's all in Nepgear's mind after she's been isolated down in her workshop for the past 12 hours without food or rest?
"I've only been down here for 2 hours!" Nepgear yelled.
It's only felt like 2 hours.
"No, it really has only been 2 hours!"
She's gone insane.
Nepgear stomped her foot. "I have not!"
Have too.
"Have not!"
Have too!
"HAVE NOT!" The purple-haired girl shouted.
...No need for all caps.
She banged her head against a desk.
Are you alright?
"I'm... fine." Nepgear said with a sigh, sitting down in a chair. "But... can we please end this now?"
Well, to end it here would make a really short oneshot...
"I don't want to go through another 200 words of this!" She protested.
But...
Nepgear held her hand up and shook her head. "No buts."
Let me just-
"No!"
...OK.
Nepgear nodded her head in satisfaction and then turned back to the prototype she was working on, but right at that very moment her stomach growled. Then, out of thin air, a pepperoni pizza was pushed up beside her. Looking behind her, she smiled.
A/N: This is what happens... when you have no idea what you're writing.
