It was another day in the forest, and Bambi was hanging out with his friends Thumper and Flower.

Bambi said, "Hey guys! How have you been doing?"

Thumper said, "I'm just hanging out here with Flower and to avoid my sisters."

Flower asked Thumper, "Why would you try to avoid them? I think they are pretty sweet. Just like Faline."

Thumper smirked when he heard that and decided to tease Bambi about it.

Thumper asked smugly, "Hey Bambi, how have you and Faline been doing?"

Bambi said nervously, "Umm...uh...we're doing fine, yeah..."

Thumper then said with a smile, "Have you two KISSED YET?"

Bambi blushed furiously red in the face as Thumper fell down on the floor, laughing.

Flower said, "Thumper, that was going a bit too far, wasn't it?"

Thumper stopped laughing slowly and wiped some tears from his eyes and calmed down.

Bambi said shyly, "Thumper...I hope she didn't hear any of that."

A voice asked, "You hope I didn't hear what?"

Bambi jumped up a bit when he heard that voice, and turned around and saw that it was Faline. She was looking at him with a confused look on her face. Bambi felt his heart beating faster when he looked into her beautiful blue eyes.

He said shyly, "Oh...hello Faline, h-how are you doing?" Faline simply giggled and said, "I'm just out here. My mom is having a private talk with the Prince. "

Thumper thought as she said that, "Bambi is quite the ladies man."

Faline then asked, "Are you okay, Bambi? You look a bit scared." Bambi simply blushed and said, "Oh...sorry, I'm doing f-fine."

Thumper whispered, "He's in love with Faline."

Bambi whispered back, "Please be quiet."

Thumper said, "AHA! I KNEW YOU WERE IN LOVE WITH FALINE!"

Thumper than realized what he yelled and covered his mouth with wide eyes. Bambi looked at Faline, who simply blushed and giggled. Bambi stuttered nervously, "Ummmm...uhhhh...Faline...I can explain and I'm so-"

But Bambi's nervous stuttering was interrupted when Faline pressed her lips against his. Thumper and Flower simply let their jaws drop as they watched in awe and surprise.

Bambi felt like a tree branch that was about to snap as he and Faline kissed.

They stopped kissing and Faline smiled at Bambi as he fainted while blushing furiously red in the face. Faline told Thumper as she was leaving, "By the way, Thumper. Tell Bambi when he wakes up that he's pretty cute." Faline giggled as she walked away.

Thumper simply said as she walked away, "What just happened?"
