It's been one year since the events of Bambi 2, Ronno has learned a bit more about how to make friends, and is now in pursuit of showing Bambi how he truly feels. Will he succeed? Oneshot. Sequel to "Come, My Son." Takes place during the fire scene in Bambi in the Great Prince's POV. Once the Great Prince learns that Bambi was separated from Faline when Man attacked, he rushes to find his son and lead him to safety.

This is a crossover between Bambi and the Naruto fanfic Dreaming of Sunshine, but you don't need to have read or watched either (though I recommend both, because they're both great).

Bambi mourns the loss of his mother, but realizes he isn't quite alone in this world. Written for the Writers Anonymous One-Word Prompt Challenge. The word is "dark."

Bambi loved his mother, so, so much- which is which what makes parting with her so difficult. But, he doesn't have to face the aftermath alone. (Rated K for character death.)
