Author's note: Guess who's back, back, back, back again. But seriously, yeah, I'm back. I've been reading over some of my old stuff and I decided to write up a little drabble based on the aftermath of this story, which turned into longer than a drabble. So, I decided that I should actually write an epilogue since I've left this story on such a sad note. So, to celebrate my return to writing fanfictions (for now) here's part one of something I should have done a long ass time ago.

"Jaune, it's me, Pyrrha. I don't know what to say. It's been so long that I feel like I'm starting to forget the sound of your voice, even if I did just see you last night…." The voice trailed off, followed by a few seconds of silence, "Things are just terrible between Cardin and I. He's grown cold and it's like I don't recognize what love is anymore. Listen, Jaune… I'm sorry for what I did, and if you can find it in your heart to forgive me and take me back, I'll do whatever it takes, no matter how long it takes to earn your trust back again. I'm just, so sorry."

"Jaune, it's me, Pyrrha, again. I don't know what to say, or why I'm calling you since I know you'll never pick up, and you've probably blocked my number. I just, I wanted to hear your voice again."

"I still love you Jaune. I know I do, I just don't know why I did what I did, but after it all happened, I knew I couldn't go back. I don't know why I kept doing it. I'm a terrible person."

"Hey Jaune. I'm calling you from my car because Cardin has become a little violent over the last couple weeks since he found out that I've been trying to call you. I'm scared Jaune."

"Jaune, please pick up. I've packed my things and I'm on my way to Velvet's place in the next state over, Cardin threatened me with a knife last night and I realized that I just couldn't stay any longer. You're not picking up your phone and I don't know who else to go to for help. Please just pick up for once."

"Hey Jaune, it's me again, Pyrrha. I made it to Velvet's place safely and I don't think Cardin followed me here. It's weird, even though I'm several hundred miles away, I still don't feel safe when I'm alone," an audible sigh could be heard, "You've made it clear that I'm you're never going to let me back into your life, so I'll just leave it at this. I'm sorry. I regret ever cheating on you, I regret hurting you so much, and I regret not asking for your forgiveness sooner. I hope things are going well for you and I hope you find someone who deserves you more than I ever did, someone who won't break your heart the way I did. Goodbye, Jaune."

Are you sure you want to delete these messages? The prompt asked before Jaune pressed the key to confirm.

"Goodbye forever, Pyrrha," Jaune whispered to himself.
