Here is the nineteenth and final chapter of The Fan. I hope you like the ending.

Mr. Peabody pulled up to the elementary school just fifteen minutes before the bell rang. It was still early when Peabody got to the school the first time, but the trio decided to cruise around the city to pass the time.

"Mr. Peabody?" Sherman questioned once he got off the scooter.

"Yes?" Peabody asked.

"Was it really the best idea for Ginger and Aiden's parents to whack their kids with a fan?"

The question struck the beagle like a bullet. Ginger and Aiden were gone, but the way their parents dealt with them wasn't really the right way.

Still, they were stalkers, and they imitated Peabody to lift a restraining order; they needed to be stopped.

"Honestly, no," the beagle replied. "But I think what matters the most now is that they shouldn't be bothering us anymore."

"Come on!" Penny yelled. "Let's go experience the first normal school day in what feels like forever!"

"Have fun you two!" Mr. Peabody said, as the two kids ran off into the school together.

Inside the classroom, there was absolutely no change. It was the same as every other morning. Kids were being rowdy, they were screaming, and they were flying paper airplanes. The same tall blonde-haired girl was at the door, waiting for the teacher to come so she could give 'the signal'. But none of that bothered Sherman and Penny. Their horseplay was nothing compared to Ginger and Aiden.

"The teacher's coming!" the girl screamed.

It was nothing new. It was the usual 'scurry-back-to-your-seat-before-the-teacher-comes-in-and-you-get-in-trouble' procedure.

The teacher wandered in, and to Sherman and Penny's relief, there was nobody beside her.

"Class," the teacher started, "I am sorry to inform you that Ginger and Aiden Weaselwort-" the class giggled when they heard the rather peculiar last name, "will not be attending this school anymore."

Sherman and Penny looked at each other and smiled.

"So, we are now back to 21 people in this class, down from 23." The teacher sighed. "Open your math textbook to page 223. We are going to review for your final math test of the year."

Well, that wasn't exactly the thing that Sherman and Penny wanted to hear.

Still, it was nice for the two to be able to concentrate without the feeling of a dark presence behind them. Despite the fact that math was extremely boring, the minutes seemed to fly by like a cheetah.

By the end of it, most of the class looked half-asleep.

"Okay, one last thing before we go!" the teacher said, and she held her hand to her heart.

The kids instantly groaned, including Sherman and Penny, which only earned them a scowl. The children hated it whenever the teacher put her hand to her heart because that meant the teacher was about to force the class to make a promise that they wouldn't keep.

"Repeat after me! I promise..."

"I promise," the class groaned.

"From the bottom of my heart..."

Nobody repeated the phrase this time, but the teacher didn't seem to notice. Either that, or she just didn't care at this point.

"That I will study hard for this test like it's happening tomorrow, even though it's not!"

"Wow," Penny whispered, "what a great way to get us to study for a test."

"Alright, you may go now, class," the teacher said. The children boosted out of their seats and quickly filed out of the classroom. Penny must have been the first one to leave.

However, as Sherman turned to leave the room, he noticed something strange in his desk.

It was actually just a piece of paper. He grasped the paper and pulled it out gently; however, the paper was blank, except for one small message in red pen at the bottom of the page. Staring at the message made an extremely uneasy feeling build up in Sherman's stomach. The words seemed to jump out of the page and grab Sherman by the throat, choking him until he wanted to die.

Right there, in red pen at the bottom of the page, the worst words in the history of the world were sitting there for Sherman's eyes.

WE WILL COME TONIGHT.

That's it! This story is finished. Now, I will be writing a disaster story in the near future. But I can't decide which one to write first. I will put up a poll about this so you guys can decide.

These are the stories:

A World in Winter: This is a MPAS/Frozen cross-over where Peabody and Sherman go to ancient Norway and they accidentally bring Elsa with them. Elsa eventually causes mass panic after she unleashes massive blizzards upon the world.

Sentience: Mr. Peabody receives a strange computer on New Years' Eve, but he soon figures out that the computer is trying to send a dire and dangerous message to all of humanity, and he must figure out what it is.

Into the Darkness: A massive cyber-attack knocks out the power across the United States, and society breaks down in a matter of days. With no end in sight to the power loss, Peabody and Sherman team up with some other survivors to escape the country.

Those are the three stories. I will be putting up a poll right away so you guys can vote on which idea you like the best.

In the meantime, I might post some one-shots. If you guys have an idea for the next chapter of The Bleak Future or The New Dimension, please send them in! Even if you think it's terrible. It will probably help.
