Based on the end of Act 5 when Jade reaches god tier and Davesprite is just kinda ditched when she decides to go universe-sailing.

The sky's bright blue was slowly being consumed by the red of fires fed by bodies. The clouds were shredded as meteors rained from the heavens, burning tails leaving streaks like blood, the battlefield bleeding as it was destroyed. Impacts left craters, circular wounds on the squares of the board. The ground itself was torn apart and rivers emptied into the planet's molten heart. Steam and dead trees, rubble and burning corpses. The world was a clash of blood and heat, red and monochrome, dead and barely living.

Two sprites, possibly the only ones left to witness the end, watched as the war zone was consumed and their own death rained down to meet them. A meteor, no different from the others, bore down on them, filling the sky as it drew near. One injured and the other unwilling to leave him, neither tried to outrun their end. They stood side by side as the inescapable came closer. Inescapable, had not an omnipotent guardian been consumed by such guilt and grief that he did the only thing he could think of to save his beloved master.
On hummingbird's wings, the power of Space descended on the Witch. Knowledge and wisdom filled her, covering her with the black robes of a scholar who knew all there was to know. With new strength and understanding, she wielded the power she was always meant to have. She shrank the looming threat into a marble, one she casually played with in display of her new found abilities. The world, the sky, the universe, reality was her toy, one she could bend and shape to her will.

Beside her, another watched with wide eyes hidden behind dark shades. In the days past, or had it been only hours, he had grown close to her. She knew what it was like to not be 'the original,' to be a sprite. She understood the pain of being useless and not needed anymore. She knew the things he feared. And he could see one of his greatest, one he had not told even her, come into being. She was slipping away from him, away from Davesprite as she became the 'original' once again. Something he knew he never would be. Hurt far worse than he could've ever been physically, even the pain of being stabbed and having a wing torn off, he watched from behind the mask he could never let down. He watched this girl, who had once been the closest person to him, do the impossible as if it was nothing, and... it scared him.

Like the wounded angel he might've been, he was ignored as the Witch stretched out her mind and seized her carriage, lifting the great battleship into the sky before vanishing to board it. The battlefield was resized and made to be her plaything, one of many in the universe that she now controlled, and Dave -for he was Dave, even if not the 'original'- was taken with it. He watched her fill the sky, become the sun of the world he inhabited, and he was left to watch as she slipped away, back to the ranks of the 'originals.'
