Well, Jethro's stance was what was needed for Tony to really commit to regaining his health. He's just lucky that this was not the Fate series, or the whole situation might be even more uncomfortable for him. Actually, after the S.W.A.K. episode, Tony did return to work too early and was not fully recovered. He still looked pretty sick, thanks to the makeup department. In the DVD commentary, Michael Weatherly said his parents were alarmed and were questioning if he was okay.

I loved this story. I really like more personal involvement with Brad Pitt and Tony.

Yep... Papa Gibbs is definitely the 'miracle cure' for what ails Tony. Dr. Pitt and Ducky knew what needed to be done and knew who to get on board in their plan of attack. Gibbs laid down the law on Tony, but I loved how he told Tony that he had an obligation to take care of himself for the people who care for him. I also loved that Ducky was bold enough to voice the true issue where Tony is concerned, telling him that one day he will realize he matters to Gibbs, Brad, himself and all his 'family' at NCIS. Great job with this one... as always :-)

Glad that Tony finally realized they all care about him. Hopefully he has learnt his lesson.
