Oh that ending was funny! I enjoyed seeing Eight and Rose together. I love how he came to accept and trust her.

Wonderfully written. I think Rose/Eight fics are inherently tragic.
Rose probably wanted to cry for a moment there when she realized he was the 8th. And that he is rapidly approaching the War. And this happy, not-too-suspicious, cravat wearing Doctor will be broken into little sharp pieces of guilt and pain barely hidden by some leather and a pair of big ears.

Ooh, I love this. You're good at writing Rose. And I need to read more stuff about Eight. And did you name it after the choir song, because if you did I love that too.

I don't know anything about 8, but I've been enjoying your fics so much I thought I'd give it a try too. And now I want to know more about him. Nice way of working the two of them together. I love the instant chemistry between them, and how his reaction was so different from 9's. And I love that she tricks him into the memory loss bits. :)

I can't help but giggle at that last line. I can almost imagine his dumbfounded look as he stares at the dress.

I've never seen any of the Eighth's adventures, but this little one-shot has made me curious. It's nice, like everything you write is. :)

Admittedly I haven't seen the Doctor Who movie, but I did see the Night of the Doctor and was blown away by McGann's performance. No matter the incarnation, I adore the Doctor. This story of yours was amazing- a bit heartbreaking, but comforting in the way that they'd both remember it eventually (COUGH COUGH THE DAY OF THE DOCTOR AND THE MOMENT COUGH COUGH AAGH DOCTOR WHO BREAKS MY HEART IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE WEEPING ANGELS ASIDE). You are most definitely a talented writer, with a special gift of spinning a fairytale magic around this sci-fi world. I adore your other stories, such as the one with Pedro the Dalek. Really, you master both humor and angst and beauty wonderfully. Thank you so much for your writing.
