That's a sweet one. My eyes are moit as well. (I did like Ori, Fili and Kili going into protective mode. Kili especially came across and protective of Bilbo, many times, and it's one of my favs, even just this hint of it. ;)) ) 10/10

OMG That is just precious. I could see that. Dwalin is a warrior and has no doubt seen and done horrible things so he'd need comfort and reassurance especially when asleep because that's when it creeps up on you the most. Just adorable. LOVE IT! :3

Oh, I love this so stinking much. It is wonderful that Bilbo is the only one who was able to, and desired to, soothe Dwalin. I love how you showed that little tidbit with a little shift to Balin's POV. And Bilbo gaining comfort and safety from it too... sigh. This is just so beautiful. I absolutely love the stories that show a softer side to Dwalin despite how bit and forbidding he seems.

I think I may die from the wonderfulness of this story. If it had been a Fili or Kili fluff story, I would have liked it, but since this is Dwalin, fierce warrior that he is, that we're talking about, I absolutely love it! Fluffily adorable!
