*snickers* I find your opinion of Batman's canon sexuality amusing. That probably /is/ one of the major reasons the writers (or whoever) decided to actually have him officially and openly "hook-up" with at least the occasional lady character, though most interpretations of /Bruce/ include some degree of a "playboy" reputation, intentional mask as it may be. I figure he's so incredibly obsessive about his "mission" that even his vaguely parental relationships with his protege's is a bit of a miracle, and look at the disaster's those became at various points. Having an actual relationship outside of arm-candy/one-night-stands with another person? Yeah nope he ain't got time for that. XD
Most of "Brucie's" arm-candy were barely fully drawn and visible for about ten seconds, unless they were plot-related characters.
As silly as going by "Dick" for short seems nowadays, it used to be a normal -even common- abbreviation for "Richard", and it /does/ help his irritated -informed- cohorts yell at him properly in front of people who don't know his civilian ID without blowing it- shouting his name or calling him a "Dick-head", etc., just sound like insults to the uninformed. Which they were meant as in that context. XD

so... if I'm reading this right, you're involving Origins, possibly Cold Cold Heart, then Blackgate, then Assault on Arkham, then involving some of the filler years (probably from the Arkham comics) including meeting the League of Assassins possibly interacting with the Justice League (Notably Supes and obviously Lois Lane... hoo boy, that sounds like catfight waiting to happen), then A Matter of Family, then more filler, then Asylum, then City, more filler, then Knight.

Just feel like it needs to be pointed out Anne Ramirez is a character made up for The Dark Knight who was on the take. Renee Montoya is the name of lesbian Police Detective that I think your wanting to use here.

Finally a batman x someone other than wonder woman. Love this story so far and are you gonna get him and Selena together.

Harley seems to be an appropriate name for her, also nice touch with adding Sarah and even getting the opening for Barbara. I like her character in Origins so it should be very good!

Harley Should be the nickname but if your going to use her last name use Quinzel. I mean really, no one makes a nickname out of a last name. The only reason Joker did it was "Rework it a bit, and you get Harley Quinn." "Like the clown character, Harlequin. I know. I've heard it before." The way she said it makes it sound like, before the Joker, she hated the 'Quin' nickname.
