Well, it wouldn't work in canon because that's not how her teleportation works. Basically, teleporters liks Kuroko and Musujime enter the eleventh dimension which they can then exit at nearly any point in the third dimension. Still, I'm willing to eschew things like this if the story is entertaining, which it is so good on you. The best example of this would be magic cores in Harry Potter fanfiction, as there is no such thing in canon, if you're interested.

This is pseudo science true. I don't think The series ever explains where espers get the energy required to make this stuff work. After all there are theory equations for teleportation. Though I suppose its just like magic and can be explained away via invisible energy source like mana or some other spiritual/life energy.
