This a really great story. There is an interesting plot (so far) and I like the idea of a Sonic style GTA. I also have a few ideas:
1: Could Metal Sonic have a part in this? I'm not sure how he would fit yet, but he would make a good addition to the cast.
2: Perhaps Sonic could take part in a street race. The prize for first could be Amy (she could've been kidnapped by the Babylon Rogues prior to the race)
3: I'd also think that having Silver appear as a minor or supporting character would be a nice addition.
