hey author! i know it has been a while since you last updated... when i say a while i mean 4 years... but i just wanna tell you that i really... absolutely... enjoyed reading this fic. i've always been a fan of tolkien's lotr and the hobbit trilogy, but i've never stumbled upon the fanfiction that was inspired by it. one day i decided to give it a try and yours was one of the first few fanfiction that i stumbled upon on this site. and let me tell you this... based on my past experiences, i should never try to read a fic that hasn't been updated in years in fear of cliffhangers... but the your plot caught my eye and i just couldn't resist! let me tell you this... i was absolutely floored! i am so in love with your writing! i love how you wrote the dialogue and the details in each scene. i love how you wrote Eredhel and Legolas' dynamic. you're really killing me here... he cannot just lose her like that! ugh... my heart can't take it. and i know that you probably wouldn't even see this, because i saw that you haven't updated in a while... but i just want you to know that i really enjoyed reading this fic! and i am dying... literally dying to know what will happen next! i hope your doing well, maybe you've left this site for good... but one can only hope! i would love to hear from you in the near future!

its been a little over 3 years since chapter 39 was posted and I still reread this story because I love how well written it is and really really would love for you to update this story as soon as you can please!

Thank you very much for publishing this story so far. I have really liked the characters, specially since they feel respectful to the style of LOTR like in terms of culture and maturity, they feel real or plausible.
On the cons side, I don't like to read repetition of the story which I know by heart, yet you took the time of paraphrasing (a good exercise for referencing work!), but I think I would have liked more if you have just skipped the parts of the story that would remain the same, so I could go straight to read your original story.
