Anyways, I really enjoy the story each and every time.
It's very plausible that piccolo never learned to read or write. Much like maybe others on DbZ.
But this is the only time I've seen this addressed and in such a clever, innocent and beautiful way.

I look forward to come visit this again.
And maybe you'd want to post it on the archive, for others to enjoy?

i remeber seeing fanart based on something like this :D it was so cute just like this story. the poem is so sweet! it's got a kind of shildish touch which makes it seem all the more sincere

When Gohan gave Piccolo his poem and he pulled it back to look at it I THOUGHT "MAYBE MR. PICCOLO CAN'T READ DUDE!" And then after when he gave ti back I was like "Nah, he can read..." Cute story! Two thumbs WAY up!

An interesting take on the Gohan-Piccolo friendship...*Candyland starts mumbling* ...which is so underappreciated...no one appreciates their friendship...grrr...sorry, I'm a die-hard fan of Piccolo-Gohan friendship fics (non-yaoi, thank you), and this was really cute. Piccolo learning to read. How kawaii!
