comes off as a cheap fairy tail vrs a real Harry potter story set in a real world... the draw of Harry Potter is that it feels like the real world just with magic thrown in... its the wish of wanting that world to be real that's makes it so good... your story comes off more like a cartoon world...no realism so no one feels for the story

Damn, was hoping that violet would have gotten tom's memories when his soul piece was added to her even if it was purified. Ron and malfoy are such twats and hermione is off her rocker. Hate the way that harry didn't seem to question anything the hat said to him apart from that one bit just before it called out his house, but he still didn't give it a thought after that. Sickened they are in gryffindor, hufflepuff would have been better

This is quite literally one of the most ingenious and unique story premises it has ever been my pleasure to read.

It is quite well written and very engaging.

My only critique is that you are more than a little unforgiving in your portrayal of Hermione, yes, she was pretty insufferable at first, but you seemed to have over emphasized her faults, making them define her personality to an extent. Yes, She believes in authority figures and rules becauses due to her intelligence the only people who nurtured her love of learning and defended her from the other children's cruelty were her parents and teachers, logic follows she would have a blind spot for authority figures, not growing up like Harry and Violet around bad ones. I mean come on at 11 we all deferred to adults.

I like Hermione, I do hope they eventually become the close friends of Canon, with Neville taking the other spot, never liked Ron, he was a fairweather friend, it killed me that the brightest witch of her age got stuck with that verbally abusive, lazy, intolerant food disposal. Its why I ship harmony.
