That was incredible! I loved it! I've been searching for something like that a long time now and i must say this was very satisfying. I am so happy to know that someone else thinks the way i do about spiderman too. Well almost , but still i am excited! You are a great writer by the way. You had few if any gramatical and structure mistakes, and were very creative on how to plan and make the whole fanfic. Keep up the good work, you are fantastic.

I'd like to see a sequel to this now that shield has flash. Just a thought. But it would be cool.

I love this. I love this so much, it brings tears to the eyes because its all too true (more so at the end) and wish wish WISH that SOMEONE would realize all this and help Peter before he was too far gone.

And maybe help him with the insanity he seems to have. Even if it is hilarious. Heh, chibi-people... They're called 'chibi' right?

I don't know... anyhow, great story, I can't stop noddin' and sayin' "Yep, that sounds like Peter." And the show DOES capitalize on comedy more then anythin' else it seems, and there are a few episodes that could really have used a more, well, 'darker' (for lack of a better word) tone to make a bit more realistic. Not to mention all the comedy is at poor Peter's expense. (Its still hilarious though. If they only KNEW what went on inside his head...)

Well, dang. This fic is awesome.
At the beginning, I thought it was going a more h/c direction, with Peter actually managing to open up to his teammates. In particular, I liked how he comforted Ava and admitted that he still felt guilty about failing to be there for Aunt May in the past. Which is an interesting point-Most of the time I focus on Peter's reaction to Ben's death and the vengeance he seeks, but in retrospect May really did need him at the time.
But the further I read the clearer it became that Peter isn't actually willing to open up about a lot of things, particularly his issues and weaknesses. So the story became part an exploration of his personality in general, but also largely about how he hides much of his personality and is careful with who he trusts. From the spider-sense segment on, you really showed his teammates struggling to understand him and his inability to open up to his team, even as he constantly tries to protect them, even from Fury's inquiry.
As a side note, I love how Flash understands Peter's psyche quite well-he just doesn't connect him to Spider-man. Because honestly, who would?
