Let me just say that you are truly, an amazing author. I absolutely LOVED this story and it was such a fun read! I couldn't put it down- the AU characters were great, and the whole work was hilarious! Though, I was expecting for Rin to get caught up into trouble, or maybe mention an above average strength... Something that displays or clearly connects Satan with Rin, but... eh. I loved your Rin anyway. The cooking scene- FANTASTIC!
I loved reading the shared scenes between Mephisto and Lucifer too. They were great! I'm also wondering, where the heck is Amaimon?

Okay, I'll admit that this story gets dull in places, but this chapter had me busting out laughing. I'm honestly not huge on his 'in the bathtub' method of entertaining himself, but it was admittedly true to character, which is something I find important. Your story has been pretty true to character and well written throughout, so I am enjoying it. I REALLY want to read a bit about them all going to church. That would be hilarious.

It usually does start with some "singing and chanting" although the prayers can be just as easily spoken. (I confess to almighty God and to you my brothers and sisters that I have gravely sinned in my thoughts and in my words, in what I have done and what I have failed to do, through my fault, through my fault, through my most grevious fault. Therefore I ask blessed Mary, ever vergin, all the angels and saints, and you, my brothers and sisters, to pray for me to the Lord our God.)or (Lord have mercy, Christ have mercy, Lord have mercy.)

Then there are three readings and a psalm. The first is from the old testament, the psalm is (predictably) from psalms and is often sung, the second reading from either the Acts of the Apostles or A letter from Paul to (fill in the blank. That man traveled practically everywhere.), and the third is from the Gospel.
The lector nevet says "Turn in your bibles to..." but rather "A reading from (insert book here. ex: the letters from St. Paul to the Romans. ex: the Prophet Ezekiel.)
Catholics rarely bring their bibles to mass because the readings are read to them, and anyways, they can always follow along in the missal where all of the rites (including the weekly readings) are written in order.

The redings are followed by the Homily or the "sermon" as you put it. This can be either very interesting or very boring depending on the priest. To be fair, public speeking is only a very small part of a priest's job.

Then comes the Nicean creed (I believe in God the father...) and the Litergy of the Eucharist.
I'm not going to explain the entire litergy of the eucharist here. Suffice to say, Rin and Yukio would have participated. Mephisto would not have.

There is a little time for silent prayer after communion, and then we have final blessing that concludes the mass.

This story suddenly becomes so much more tragic and heart-wrenching when the characters are all human and not just vague depictments of demons. Asmodeus and Mammon are looking for love and acceptance in all the wrong places. (sex and wealh, respectively) Clearly they get neither from their psychotic, neglectful (abusive?) father. Belphegor's constant sleep is probabily escapeism or the apathy of depression. And I love how cheerful Mephisto tries to be throughout it all, although he haas this underlying need for controle that makes me wonder if he's just got the normal teenager insecurities or if he had a really unstable childhod. He is the second oldest, after all. He would have been three or four by the time "Satan" stopped fooling around. That had to have had an impact on him. Also, there's the complication of trying to raise five younger siblings while he's still a child himself. (You don't really think Lucifer had a hand in it, do you? He's obviously "Satan"s favorite and the way that "Satan" teased Mephisto about babysetting makes me think that he wa the one incharge of the younger kids more often than not.)

Most stories within the humor category have random funny moments spread throughout the story but weren’t as generally amusing as this. To the point where my cheeks hurt from smiling. The idea of the demon kings living together as a dysfunctional family with Satan as the psychopathic father, 'possibly' murdering their mothers worked really well.

I especially enjoyed the last few chapters; I swear I'm going to be thinking about the 'in the bathtub' part the next time I'm in church. I loved how Rin, in his frustration and dismay at his situation read the lines effectively at the audition. Even after that last chapter ended I couldn’t stop smiling imagining how the production would play out since I know that play, it’s just too hilarious to imagine Rin as Faust.

Also, I really like Mephisto/Shura they’re my second favorite crack ship pairing and seeing them antagonizing each other here was a nice addition.

I love this famfiction it's the best! I've never seen anything like it... In a good way. I find this so humorous and hilarious those to words are pretty much the same thing but I don't really care there were a few things you messed up a bit... But it's twelve chapters too late to change the now! I really wish there more chapters though! I know you haven't updated in more than a year but I would still it if you did!
