great story! only a couple things: prehaps you should add a bit of consideration for growth? harry will outgrow his new limbs, and hermione should have mentioned that also.

Also, with the machine-gun arms, wouldn't you need some crazy license for that? i'm american, but imagine how hard it would be to get a license for like concealed-carry machine guns in the UK.

This is actually the first story I ever read that you wrote and I really enjoy rereading it and some day hope to see more of it but for now thanks for writing it.

But Harry can't use magic. He spent his whole magical core, he shouldn't be able to use any magic unless the recovery process was jumpstarted somehow. I mean, i assume the recovery of one's core depends on magic - after he casts a spell, his core regenerate the used magic because of the other magic he didn't use up. But if he used it all up, he shouldn't have any magic left. Since the punishment (at least in most fics) for leaving the Tournament is losing magic, he also shouldn't have any reason to continue, since the punishment wouldn't do anything.
But I suppose if part of the treatments was jumpstarting his core, or if the ambient magic of Hogwarts or the spells used on him did that, I stopped that would work.

Read this a while ago and loved it. Just stumbled across it again and reread it. Still an awsome story. Any chance you will pick it back up in the near future?
