God the juxtaposition of the flashbacks with what's happening is frigging tragic. Unbelievable story so far.

Nice ending. Closing by return. This whole thing was really well done. I highly enjoyed each chapter as the stakes grew higher and conflicts fazed in and out. The flashbacks weaved together beatifully. There were lots and lots of story layers that all joined in plot points. The character development came a long way. Real issues were presented with realistic results. Enough fluff but always testing. Always lots of emotions portrayed expertly. Time apart and time together but always having their feelings come through in narrative and thoughts. The switch in perspectives always seemed natural not jarring.

Overall a great original story arc.

Very sweet 3

This chapter is my favourite so far.
Its so well done how Alex explains what she has done to Tiff and how guilty she feels and she knows it is wrong. Its imperfect but perfectly written because Alex is no saint and is no innocent. Piper's pain is evidenced when her self harm continues. Painful but necessary.

Mmm. Ouch. This is even more painful to read when we find out later in season 3 Tiff's history with sexual abuse. The first season was cute when Alex threatened to fuck her. Having it played out was interesting. I have mixed emotions about it.
Dont get me wrong its written very effectively. Its a logical plot point that connects to earlier material.
Just got my own doubts
