This is an amazingly well written story. I also like how it is both clear, but also natural, how things divergenbecause of the influence of a certain saving destroyer.

OK, now that I've binged this story in three sittings, I'll leave a review because you deserve it for what's probably the best crossover between these two series I've seen in years. Shame more isn't done for DGM, but with the author sickly and all...oh well, on with words!

So, I have to give you major kudos just how well you write the dichotomy of Allen here from Harry's perspective. The fact that the professor is top two scariest people on his list, potentially beating out Moldywart, and yet he's still one of the most responsible adults that Harry's willing to vaguely trust at the same time is freaking amazing. That balance is not something easily done, and yet you've played it almost perfectly. I still want to chew Allen/Nea out for giving the poor kid yet more PTSD though, even if Harry's curiosity is partially responsible for that.

That being said, I'm not sure why Rhode's in the early parts of the story outside of throwing the DGM readers a bone. Do you have plans for her later on? If not, then her presence seems almost...superficial? Not quite sure what the purpose of her being there is, when she doesn't seem to show up much past a couple scenes in fourth year.

Still, you've done incredible work; I find myself rooting for the kids to find out more of Allen's situation at the same time I'm muttering at the screen for them being idiots at digging into things best left alone. Sixth and Seventh years are going to be a bumpy ride...

I kinda felt like saying to dear Harry "Oh? So you're another horrible person who doesn't know anything about my dear Allen and just labels tham like that? Tch. Idiot."

Great chapter, I'm so glad to see that Sirius is alright and that him and Harry are getting a chance to talk through some things. I am curious what Dumbledore thinks of Allen at this point, and what motivated home to hire Allen in the first place. Thanks for posting this chapter.

I read from previous chapter. And I love how U describe Allen here he looks badass and dark. But I'm still confused to what Lavi see on Allen in previous chapter. He look shocked.

Professor Allen is really pulling off the star of the horror movie well here. In this scene amongst the circus of death, he is not a clown, but the ringmaster around whom everything turns. You conveyed that very well indeed.
I find myself wondering if voldemort survived the end of the chapter. Its interesting how Harry's exposure to Professor Allen resulted in recognizing how miserable and pitiful an existence Voldemort has, too.
