Ranma probably wants to use the carridge system in order to connect a mana generator to his device, right?
Atleast he should be able to warn people about what might happen if you use a unsteady high pressure imput of mana, into your mana system.
It is not of the good and should be only used when your either overpowered or are all most drained dry.

As for the Seeds, check that king who is the source of the Marige(?), could explain her drained status.
Could also explain why the Book of Darkness needs to drain cores and it also explains how artificial linker cores could ever be made, I mean, how else would you get a unison device?

Somehow I missed a years worth of updates for this fic... The rewrite of SMR and the extra chapters here are pretty awesome though.

I would say you are doing pretty good. I didn't really see many grammar errors, and I like how you put ranma as a member of the Wolkenritter, as far as I know that is rather original, and I can't wait till we see Fate Saotome it should be interesting. Though I should say that I don't know much about the Nanoha-verse
