This is just brilliant! I love how in-character it feels (the title at the top was quite amusing as well), and your descriptions are wonderful, as is your prose. This is a gorgeous example of how a humorous one-shot can be as good as any multi-chapter epic, and you've done a great job in writing it.

Ha ha, I don't even know where to begin with this one. Every line of it starting from the title is a wonderful flow that ties together pretty much all of the Second Doctor's run with a lovely running commentary that is both scarily accurate and very funny.

There are just too many lines to love in this, but a few I adored in particular were:
"From Sartorial to Satirical in one fell swoop... "
"He sank Atlantis into the sea. And its survivors thanked him. Chew on that bit of diplomatic marvel United Nations."
"She's exactly like the Doctor, only sixteen. Now you're scared. Good."
"Some people sneer at him for being a stone age primate, but he actually does quite well with rocks."

On a more serious side, I do think you bring up an interesting duality about Two: he's the one who dances on the beach and wants to make sandcastles, and yet he's the first to see it as practically his job to fight evil in the universe. Going through this retrospective of his time battling monsters of various sorts illustrates this very well.

Again, great one-shot that humorously sums up the Second Doctor experience.

Now I'm feeling sorry for poor Jack. Just imagine what he must have gone through to compile this information! One dare not imagine just where the drink and it's container ended up.

This is so cute! Okay, I'm more than a little obsessed with Two. But how could I not be? Jack described him perfectly :)
